Ana Navarro has hit out at Elon Musk following the news that the billionaire tech mogul was reportedly on the call between D:on:ald Tru:m:p and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky
Political commentator and CNN contributor Ana Navarro has thrown some shade at Elon Musk for his close ties with the Tr:ump family and their dealings.
The 52 year old co-host of “The View” was on CNN’s AC360 this past Friday, diving into the latest buzz in American politics with the rest of the panel. The conversation turned to Musk when they discussed rumors of him being on a call between former President Donald Tr:ump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
While the specifics of the call are still hazy, Ana couldn’t help but find it “a little weird” that Musk was involved. “Elon Musk seems to be everywhere at all times. He’s like, secretary of everything, and at the same time, he’s like First Lady,” she quipped. She also brought up the now-infamous Tru:mp family photo that surfaced after the Republican 2024 presidential election victory.
The picture, posted by Tru:mp’s granddaughter Kai on her social media account, included the whole Tru:m:p clan except Melania. However, Elon Musk and his young son were notably present.
“The other day, I saw this picture of him. It was a picture of Tr:ump with his entire family except Melania, but Elon Musk was there,” Ana remarked. “And now you hear about this.”, reports the Express US.

Over the weekend, Musk was spotted again with the Tr:umps, this time during a golf outing with Donald’s granddaughters Kai and Chloe, where once more, Melania was conspicuously absent.
Ana brought up grave concerns regarding Musk’s sway over Tru:mp’s government as the magnate behind Tesla, Starlink, and SpaceX, pointing out serious conflict of interest issues. “There’s obviously also conflicts of interest. This is somebody who has contracts with the Department of Defense. This is somebody who has Starlink that’s a big part of what’s going on in Ukraine.”

Last year, Musk was entangled in controversy for blocking a Ukrainian assault on the Russian fleet in Crimea during 2022, citing embargo complications preventing activation of Starlink services there. Musk shifted the blame to sanctions on Crimea, which supposedly barred official clearance needed for enabling the network.
