Patrick Mahomes has never looked like the most physically fit quarterback.
Things are certainly changing for him.
Aside from a new haircut and posting to X after Travis Kelce confirmed his return, there hasn’t been much from the Mahomes camp until he posted himself working out in the gym.
His first picture earlier this month showed him deadlifting in the gym. That was just the start.
Patrick Mahomes looked like Captain America after another picture showed how shredded his arms were during another workout.
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback must have really disliked the comments surrounding his body, as he is known for having a dad bod.
The offseason work seems to be paying off as Mahomes looked leaner, lighter, quicker, and stronger than he has looked during the offseason in the past.
This past season, Mahomes threw for 3,928 passing yards, 26 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions, with a 67.5% completion rate and a 93.5 passer rating.

Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs saw their 2024-25 season come to an unfortunate and disappointing close as they suffered a blowout loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX.
It was the worst possible time for the team to pour in their worst effort of the year.
Now, as Mahomes tries to bounce back from the gutting loss, it looks like he is already putting in some major work this offseason.
The team is primed to make another run with Mahomes and Kelce back in the fold.
Last season, Mahomes led the Chiefs to 15 regular-season wins, locking up the best record in the NFL and the top seed in the NFL playoffs.
