NFL host Kay Adams had an eventful week at the NFLPA Classic, making headlines for more than just her presence at the star-studded golf tournament in Mexico. After stunning with her stylish outfits, Adams found herself in the middle of an unexpected moment, taking an inadvertent hit from a stray golf shot.
Initially, Adams believed Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton was responsible for the misfire. However, the culprit turned out to be Houston Texans kicker Ka’imi Fairbairn.
Rather than simply apologizing, Fairbairn took a more playful approach, offering Adams a golf glove with a cheeky message: “Help me out next time.”

Adams shared the incident on her FanDuel TV show, describing the chaotic scene as dozens of NFL stars took their swings on the course.
“What do we expect? 72 of your favorite players who are yolked out of their minds and competitive and don’t have any accuracy,” she joked. “I was scared, my head was on a swivel.”
Despite the surprise shot, Adams took it in stride, laughing off the moment and praising Fairbairn’s smooth approach.
“By the way, the rizz on this guy, unbelievable,” she said, using the slang term for charm or charisma. “He was joking with me that I could’ve helped him push it towards the hole. I don’t even know.”
Fairbairn’s playful message has led to speculation among fans, with many suggesting he might have been flirting with the popular sports host. Whether it was a genuine attempt to impress or just friendly banter, Adams seemed to enjoy the lighthearted interaction.
