Faulkner started her TV career with an internship at KCOP-TV in Los Angeles, before moving to Greenville, North Carolina, to work as a reporter and anchor at WNCT-TV.
From 1992 to 2000, Faulkner worked for Kansas City’s WDAF-TV as an evening anchor.
Her next stop was at KSTP-TV, where she served as part of an evening anchor team.
She left the station in July 2004, and joined Fox News as a correspondent in 2005.

Harris Faulkner anchored Fox Report Weekend from 2011 to 2017.
She also substitute-anchored for Martha MacCallum on The Story and for Shepard Smith on Shepard Smith Reporting.
Before his departure from the show, Faulkner also made frequent guest appearances on the night satire show Red Eye with Greg Gutfeld, and appeared on his follow-up weeknight program, Gutfeld!

In recent years, Outnumbered has become the top-rated weekday cable news program in the 12 pm ET time slot.
In 2017, Faulkner also became the anchor of Outnumbered Overtime, which has more of a hard news format rather than a discussion format.
In early 2021, Faulkner started her new daily daytime show called The Faulkner Focus, becoming the only Black woman to anchor two back-to-back cable news programs.
Looking ahead to 2025, Faulkner will celebrate a major milestone in her career – 20 years at Fox News.
Is Harris Faulkner married?
Harris Faulkner is married to former WCCO-TV reporter Tony Berlin.
The pair got married on April 12, 2003, in Rio Rico, Arizona, near Berlin’s hometown of Tucson.
Two years after their wedding, Berlin and Faulkner moved to New York City.
Berlin grew up in Tucson, Arizona, and studied political science at Occidental College in Los Angeles, Amo Mama reported.
He received his Master’s degree in public policy and journalism from American University in Washington, D.C.
Berlin worked as a reporter, anchor, and producer for 10 years, before going into public relations.
He served as a Field Producer for WCBS TV Channel 2 in New York, a Media Relations Manager at Padilla Speer Beardsley, and the Director of Media Relations for Credit.com, according to his LinkedIn.
Since 2011, he has served as the President and CEO of his own company, Berlin Media Relations.

How many children does Harris Faulkner have?
Harris Faulkner and Tony Berlin have welcomed two children together.
They are the parents of two daughters, Bella and Danika.
Bella was born in 2006, and three years later the pair welcomed Danika, who was born in 2009.
In a 2020 interview with People, Faulkner opened up about raising her two daughters.
“My family is ecumenical and biracial so the fact that we’re having [race conversations] is not a shock,” she said.
“I’m teaching my girls that you’ve got to come into the center of the room if you want to find peace,” she added.
“We’re raising our girls predominantly Christian but they’re exposed to everything… we do Passover and the reading of the Haggadah… with biracial children, they, to me, are the epitome of where our attitude should be,” she said.
“That’s what I teach my girls. I say, ‘You are the example of what society can do together if we all pulled together in a unified way.'”
