VICKY Pattison made a move on ex-Emmerdale star Kelvin Fletcher – but was mortified when she was shut down by his WIFE.

The reality TV star, 33, thought the Strictly winner was “absolutely lush” after seeing him perform on stage doing the Fully Monty.

Desperate to get close to the 37-year-old, Vicky started asking around to find out if he was single.

But she was left stunned after accidentally asking his own wife Liz Marsland.

Speaking on her podcast Vicky Pattison: The Secret To…, the star explained: “I made such a fool of myself. He was doing The Full Monty, and I think that’s when everyone discovered he’s got some moves.

“I went to watch it, because my friend Danielle was in it, the girls’ version. You watch the boys first, then you have a break, and then you watch the girls.

“I was standing waiting for a drink in the break and I was like, ‘F***ing hell, that Kelvin Fletcher is absolutely lush.’ Long before I’d met my boyfriend.

“I was like, ‘Does anybody know if he’s got a bird?’

“This girl just stands up and was like, ‘Yeah, he’s married. To me.’ I was like, ‘S**t.”

“I went, ‘Congratulations,’ and just turned away.

“I was f***ing mortified.

“He’s not a reality TV star, he’s an actor, so you don’t follow their relationships as much. Ours is sprawled everywhere.

“So I honestly had no idea I was being so disrespectful. But yeah, it was his bird.

“And she said, ‘And he’s got kids.’ I was like, ‘I’m really sorry, I didn’t mean anything by it. I feel like such an a******e.’

“But he’s such a nice man and his bird is absolutely stunning.

“I felt really bad and I still do. That’s the first time I’ve told that story out loud – I’m embarrassed.”

Kelvin married his childhood sweetheart Eliza in a secret ceremony in 2015, but first met his future wife when he was just eight years old.

Last year, The Sun revealed Kelvin’s marriage was on the rocks over his close friendship with his professional dancer partner on Strictly.

The ex-Emmerdale actor raced home in a bid to save his five-year union after Eliza erupted over his behaviour.

Pals say Kelvin, 36, begged for forgiveness when Eliza got angry after seeing pictures of him drinking in the early hours with his Strictly pro partner and unfollowed them on social media.

It comes after months of travelling and performing as a result of his success on the BBC1 show.

The couple share two children together.
