“So much stuff has been going on over the past five months and it’s so exciting!” the star wrote on her Instagram Story.

Daisy previously revealed that she was planning to continue acting after leaving Emmerdale, adding that she was excited to take on a new “challenge” after so many years in the role of Amelia.
“I think from being here as a kid you don’t really take it seriously – I just fell into this. But when I turned 13, I decided that this was something I really wanted to do,” she said.
“Then since I found out I was leaving, my determination for acting is just so much bigger now. There’s so much I want to do.”

Daisy continued: “I think it’s a perfect age to leave the show. I’ve got no responsibilities, so I can do what I want. I’m really excited to just see what comes my way.
“I just need a challenge. I want to see what I’m like on another set. I don’t know what that’s like because this is all I’ve ever known.
“So it’ll be the year next year to really push myself, which I’m really looking forward to.”
