Hurts, 26, led his team to a 40-22 victory over the previous back-to-back winners at the Caesars Superdome.
New footage has now emerged of the star in action during the match.
He could be seen being congratulated by his team-mates after a successful touchdown throw.
Hurts could be heard being told sentiments such as “I love when they doubt you” and “they can’t f*** with you dawg”.
But it was Hurts’ two-word response of “I know” that excited fans.
Fans swarmed to social media to comment on the “cold” statement.
One posted: “That ‘I know’ at the end was COLD.”
A second wrote: “Hurts knows.”
A third commented: “He so cool man omg.”
A fourth said: “What a time to be a Eagles fan.”

Another added: “Can’t stop watching.”
Hurts was named the MVP after his starring performance against the Chiefs.
However, he admitted he is just focused on himself and will measure his success of team achievements at the end of his career.
He said: “In the beginning, it’s never been about what anyone else is doing.
“It’s always been about you, yourself, the team and the work and the effort that you guys put in as a collective group,.
“When it’s over, I think that’s the appropriate time to really reflect on everything.
“Every team is different, every game is different.
“And these different moments sometimes require a different version of yourself and as a leader. And that’s something that I accepted and I submitted to.
“Because when it’s all said and done for me, I won’t measure my success off of any numbers of statistics or passing yards or touchdowns or anything like that.
“I’ll measure it off of rings and championships.”
