I’m A Celebrity fans all remarked on the same issue after presenters Ant and Dec acknowledged a technical ‘jumpscare’ malfunction that left audiences stunned.
The cherished ITV programme kicked off its 2025 run on Sunday evening (November 17) with ten fresh celebrities entering the Australian jungle.
Amongst the personalities participating in the series is hip-hop artist Aitch, Manchester content creator Angry Ginge and Emmerdale legend Lisa Riley.
Additionally attempting the yearly ITV show is EastEnders star Shona McGarty, entertainer Martin Kemp and stand-up comedian Ruby Wax – to name a few.
As the celebrities became acquainted with one another in their unfamiliar environment, audiences rushed to their televisions to watch Monday’s (November 17) follow-up instalment, reports the Manchester Evening News.

The instalment opened with footage of stand-up performer Eddie Kadi resting in his sleeping quarters, oblivious that a rodent was scurrying across him whilst he slumbered.
The following dawn witnessed Eddie inform Ruby and Kelly Brook regarding his comfortable night’s rest, with the latter far from satisfied.
“Of course you did! You’re in paradise up there,” she remarked as she gestured towards her own accommodation and observed ‘there’s not even a blanket in here’.
Following a hilarious sequence where Kelly sent her toothbrush flying into the jungle wilderness below after a bug landed on her hand, it was time for the first ad break.
Nevertheless, audiences were left bewildered when the programme resumed with a technical fault as the signature tune’s percussion continued on repeat at an exceptionally high volume.

“I think, are we back? We’re back. Anything can happen, what’s going to happen next,” Ant enquired over the blunder.
To which Dec responded: “I don’t know, anything can happen.”
Viewers at home flooded X, formerly Twitter, to share their reactions to the unexpected moment which took them by surprise.
One person remarked: “The new logo just breaking was a sign to bring back the old one #ImACeleb.”
