Katie has admitted to shedding more than 20 pounds by making tweaks to the food she was eating.
The 37-year-old previously detailed her diet while speaking with Hollywood Life, starting with the most important meal of the day.
“Breakfast it’s always eggs,” she shared, adding that her plate is routinely made up of an egg white omelet with avocado and feta cheese, and a dash of hot sauce.
Lunch is usually an opportunity to eat like a Kardashian.
“I’m really into the — Oh my gosh, where the Kardashians get their salads,” she gushed, referring to a local hot spot called Health Nut. “I’ve fallen in love with that place.”
Her favorite indulgent is a protein salad with roasted chicken, sunflower seeds, cucumbers, and carrots – topped with a house dressing.
“Having those vegetables that really fill you up, those slow carbs that your body takes a long time to break down. That’s nice eating more of those,” she continued.

Katie said she’s not a huge snacker but does enjoy a good daily nosh.

Dinner is typically something simple, like chicken with green beans or broccoli.
Katie has said she thinks of these meals more like a lifestyle change, than simply going on a diet.
“I think dieting is not sustainable and it’s very short term and just sets you up for failure,” she shared. “So, now I just feel like I just know how to like eat for my body and metabolism.”

Katie has been showing off the results of her hard work in some barely there outfits.
Earlier this week, the Vanderpump Rules star posed for fans from a sandy beach, kneeling on the sand with loungers visible behind her.
Katie donned a tiny navy bikini with a string top that left little to the imagination.
Her short locks were pushed back behind her ears, and her hip tattoo was visible as she held her bikini bottoms down with her hands.
“Having some thots on the beach…” Katie captioned the Instagram post.

Katie made her most recent public appearance at the SAG Awards last weekend.
The star again flaunted her weight loss in a majorly risque look.
The ex of Tom Schwartz wore her dark hair pulled back and sported a plunging gown.
The gown was entirely made of leopard-print black lace, showcasing her black bra and undergarments peeking out.

Katie also recently moved on from her marriage to Tom Schwartz.
She filed for divorce from Tom in 2022, after more than a decade together.
Katie and Tom announced their breakup via separate Instagram posts after The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed that their relationship was on the rocks.
“After 12 years on an adventure through life together, Tom and I are ending our marriage,” Katie told her followers.
“This ending is not met with resentment or animosity, no sides to choose.
“We have deep admiration for one another that will always remain and we cherish our friendship.”
In his post, Tom wrote, “Well, this sucks, how am I supposed to capture 12 years of love in a f**kin’ Instagram caption?
“I’m not ready to use the ‘D’ word because it’s too painful. Yes, my heart aches.”

Speaking on her podcast, You’re Gonna Love Me with Katie Maloney the Bravo star burst into tears as she spoke to her listeners.
“It was my decision, which was probably the hardest and most painful decision I’ve ever had to make,” she said.
“I love Tom, and we’ve built a life together, and he was my person, but ultimately, I just wasn’t happy.”
The couple had fueled breakup rumors for weeks after the podcast host shared cryptic quotes about divorce and showed off photos that emphasized her without a wedding ring.
Katie tied the knot to the TomTom co-founder in 2016, although the pair never officially filed their documents, and had to have another ceremony in 2019 to legally seal the deal.
