Meghan Markle fumes over ‘cruel accusations’ as she erupts at critics
Meghan Markle is reportedly livid after people accused her of using her children to gain security and special treatment while in the UK, sources have claimed. The Duchess of Sussex was set to join her husband, Prince Harry, on his five-day trip to the UK last week.
But at the eleventh hour, it was announced that the duchess would not be joining her husband, first to London and then to the entirety of the trip, due to security concerns. The Sussexes were accused of using Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet to secure a victory regarding their security in Britain. Harry was waiting for a review by the Risk Management Board (RMB), part of the process by which the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (Ravec) rules on his security requirements, but learned just before his arrival in the country that it had not taken place.

Meghan and the children did manage to travel to the UK to meet King Charles and Queen Camilla, their meeting was top secret and only announced after it had taken place.
Now sources have opened up about Meghan’s reaction to the accusations, claiming that she is “shocked” over people’s “cruelty”.
A source told Closer magazine: “To her, this is about as low as it gets. To have people tearing her down and making hurtful and untrue claims is bad enough but to drag her children into it is just beyond the pale.

“They are going to grow up and potentially read all this poison someday, so it boggles her mind that people could be so cruel.”
The source added: “She can’t believe anyone would seriously suggest she and Harry are using Archie and Lilibet to blackmail the King to get what they want.
“As far as Meghan’s concerned, that’s twisted thinking and completely beneath her.”
They also claimed that the Sussex couple never really wanted to get “special treatment” but their utmost concern has always been the safety of their children and “nothing else”.
