BREAKING NEWS: Piers Morgan tears apart Meghan and Harry with two words after brutal King Charles reply
Piers Morgan has slammed Meghan Markle and Prince Harry after their latest statement.
Piers Morgan has hit out at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for their “unbelievable impertinence” after a spokesperson for the couple said they were “surprised” to have received no warning from King Charles about his letter. The statement from the King clarified that Harry and Meghan are non-working royals following their return to the UK a fortnight ago.
The couple are said to be living in the Cotswolds, with their children, Archie and Lilibet, attending a local school. The spokesperson said the couple, who have recently moved back to the UK, “were a little surprised not to have been told about this in advance”. However, royal sources have hit back to say the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were made aware of the letter, sent on Monday afternoon, before it was made public. Piers Morgan hit out on X, saying: “Already whining about The King reiterating a simple fact.” He added they were showing “unbelievable impertinence”, as he finished, “but so typical of these clowns.”

Fans rushed to comment on his post, as one said: “They are surprised that the King would write a letter stating the bleeding obvious. Nothing has changed since the Queens letter. Financial independence and charities.”
Another added: “Of course they were surprised. They weren’t expecting any palace comment and one as unequivocal as this is a huge blow.”
Part of the letter, sent by Lord Chamberlain on behalf of the King, read: “It is well known that in January 2020 the Duke and Duchess stepped down from undertaking representative duties on behalf of the Sovereign, and are no longer working members of the Royal Family.

It adds: “The charitable work of the Duke and Duchess is a personal matter for them both and undertaken in their private capacity”.
On security, it read: “Any operational security issues should continue to be directed to the relevant police authorities. Any specific questions from official and State organizations about the courtesies which should be extended to the Duke and Duchess, and particularly where recourse to public funds may be required, should be directed to Buckingham Palace.”
