Meghan Markle ‘pushed boundaries’ to ‘prove people wrong’ with Prince Harry by her side
The Sussexes have extended their deal with Netflix…
Meghan Markle’s success is down to her asserting her dominance and knowing how to ‘push boundaries’, a body language expert has revealed.
Darren Stanton has taken a look at the royal to find out what makes the Duchess of Sussex tick, as we anticipate the new season of her show dropping tomorrow.
After being ranked in the Top 10 on the first week of release back in March, her show, With Love, Meghan, was renewed. Now, the second season is returning to our Netflix screens on August 26.

Meghan Markle’s confidence is a key part of her success
Meghan’s journey with ‘With Love, Meghan’, also mirrors her growth beyond the royal spotlight, it seems.
Darren Stanton, body language expert, speaking on behalf of Betfair Casino firmly believes Meghan has what it takes to go far beyond palace walls.
He says she has “shown great adaptability in being hands-on, building trust with people and being proactive.”
“Meghan [Markle] has developed high levels of resilience over time – another key to her success.”
Darren explains that Meghan had “to prove people wrong along the way, and with that comes with a lot of strength to block out the unnecessary noise.”.
It echoes the royal’s own thoughts on revealing her ‘truth’, which she spoke out on a recent podcast with Emma Grede.

‘Confidence’ is key
Darren picked up a few quirks the royal does with others too, and a big part of that is confidence.
He added: “Meghan has grown in her levels of confidence since taking on more projects and a way of knowing this is through displaying more power gestures in public.
“When she’s with Harry, she will place her hand on his back, which is a tell-tale sign of feeling in control of the situation. We will also see Meghan placing her left hand on someone’s upper arm while shaking their hand. That is a subtle way of building a deep rapport with someone.”
Stanton also mentioned how Prince Harry supported Meghan in her journey and highlighted how his presence helped her confidence grow. Their close partnership, Stanton suggests, has given her the strength to explore new ideas and take bold risks in her career.
He added: “Over the years, Meghan has pushed boundaries, and she’s made a big impact across the world.”

Meghan Markle’s new show gets a second season
The royal created a buzz with her show With Love, Meghan and yes, even her one-pot pasta became a fan favourite. Now, it returns with its highly anticipated second season on Netflix.
While season 1 offered a polished and royal inspired lens into Meghan’s lifestyle with elegant dishes and flower arranging, season 2 takes on more a relaxed and authentic approach where she invites guests and her closest friends to join her, in her home in Montecito, California, where it will be filmed.
Guests such as Chrissy Teigen, Radhi Devlukia, Clare Smyth, Dave Chang, and Heather Dorak, will be joining Meghan to cook and share personal untold stories.
With such a star-studded guest list, viewers are expected to be looking forward to discovering new recipes and interactions that feel more natural and unfiltered, highlighting friendship and connections.
However, even though fans have seen glimpses of her children Archie and Lilibet behind the scenes or helping out at home, it’s predicted they won’t be making an appearance.
