Draymond Green just broke the internet. The NBA world is well aware of the fallout between Jordan Poole and Green while they were at the Warriors. Back in 2022, during a practice session, Green punched Poole right in the face, which riled up the internet significantly. While Poole was traded to the Washington Wizards, recent remarks from the duo have the hoops community hyped up once again.
In their recent faceoff with the Wizards, the Warriors triumphed over Poole’s side 122-114. However, it was Poole’s words after the game that gave the entire story an emotional narrative. Speaking about his Warriors’ teammates, the 25-year-old said, “I love those guys over there… I love most of those guys over there.”
This statement, surprisingly, prompted a response out of Draymond Green too. In an unexpected move, Green replied, “I am sorry.”
This almost broke the internet, and the post received 105,000 views within 20 minutes on X. Naturally, the fans had a lot to say about it.
Fans Give Mixed Reaction To Draymond Green’s Statement
Soon after Draymond Green’s statement went viral, fans flocked to the comments section. One fan commented, “I THOUGHT THIS WAS THAT FAKE DRAYMOND ACCOUNT BRO.”
Another fan said, “The fact that this isn’t a parody account is wild lmao dude sucker punched Poole in practice . If their wasn’t footage he wouldn’t be sorry”
A third fan stated, “Gotta love Draymond man.”
A fan got emotional as the comment read, “Draymond really apologies to Jordan Poole for the punch.”
This user stated, “Apologize to that man face like a grown man.”
A fan praised him for the act. The comment read, “You’re awesome for this.”
Lastly, this fan said, “Don’t matter, some things there’s no coming back from.”
Thus, with the internet standing divided, things now become quite interesting. It remains to be seen whether Green patches things up face to face with Poole or not.

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has been accused of being a serial cheater who makes women sign non-disclosure agreements before getting involved with them.
James has kept a squeaky-clean reputation since he was drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2003. But, every now and then, someone comes out with claims of infidelity.
The latest such accuser happens to be podcaster Sofia Franklyn, who has asserted that LeBron, as well as actor Leonardo DiCaprio, get their associates to make contact with women, who are then asked to sign NDAs once they agree to hook up.
