Diggs is facing serious legal allegations from his ex-girlfriend, Mulan Hernandez, who filed a countersuit accusing him of assault and coercion.
According to legal documents obtained by Page Six, Hernandez is making major claims that Diggs physically attacked her during their brief relationship in 2024 and later tried to silence her with a non-disclosure agreement.
In the filing, Hernandez denied all the allegations against her made by Stefon.
According to Page Six, she alleged that Stefon punched her from behind in the back of her head in June 2024. She says she was left with a concussion. She further alleges that “almost immediately” after the incident, Diggs “mounted an effort to induce [her] into signing a non-disclosure agreement so that [his] malicious and egregious act would be kept from the NFL and from public view.”
The frantic Stefon Diggs allegedly flew his assistant to Houston to get her to sign the NDA after the incident.
Hernandez is seeking between $250,000 and $1 million to cover medical bills and damages she received from her physical and mental distress.

Diggs has had many issues with off-the-field allegations in 2025.
Just last month, Diggs, who is expecting a baby with Cardi B, was accused of fathering a 5-month-old baby with Lord Gisselle, per a lawsuit.
A man named Chris Blake Griffith then made shocking gay claims of Diggs making a sexual pass at him, and then tried to threaten to kill him for turning down the alleged advances.

Earlier this year, Stefon Diggs made claims that he was the victim of an attempted extortion attempt by Mulan Hernandez.
He filed a six-count lawsuit in Harris County, Texas, against Mia Jones, better known as Mulan Hernandez.
The then free agent wideout alleged he was punched in the chest by Jones, “threatened with a deadly weapon” and was the victim of a “tale of abuse to extort millions of dollars,” the Houston Chronicle reported.
The suit sought damages related to “defendant misconduct and the destruction of his property.”
The lawsuit claimed that Hernandez, who previously appeared on “Basketball Wives Orlando,” and another woman destroyed property at Diggs’ apartment and had “refused to leave.”
Stefon Diggs’ lawyer claimed that Jones broke a wristwatch that Diggs owned, as well as a PC gaming system, while also alleging that Jones and her friend attempted to extort money from him.
These lawsuits might drag on into 2026, well after Cardi B gives birth to their first child together.
