Karoline Leavitt has sparked plastic surgery rumors over her changing appearance, especially compared to throwback photos of the 27-year-old.

The Wh!te House Press Secretary has been accused of undergoing a “MAGA makeover,” which is the name given to the specific aesthetic adopted by conservative Republican women, including Laura Loomer, Kristi Noem, Lara Tгuмρ, Pam Bondi, and Kimberly Guilfoyle, also dubbed ‘Mar-a-Lago face.”

Karoline, who is the youngest Wh!te House Press Secretary in history, has also been accused of dressing “older,” adopting a “Stepford Wives” aesthetic that aligns with conservative Christians who support Dоnɑld Tгuмρ

. A resurfaced photo from 2018 shows just how different the spokesperson looks now compared to when she was in her early 20s.

In a picture posted to her Instagram in 2018, Karoline looked unrecognizable in every way, including her face and wardrobe. In the photo, she poses with a friend at a soccer game wearing a T-shirt and ripped jeans. One commenter wrote, “Look here’s a great example before picture,” pointing to the rumors that she has gone under the knife.

Karoline’s appearance has drastically changed since that photo was taken seven years ago, as many believe she has undergone several procedures as part of her MAGA makeover.

While she has not confirmed having had any work done, her lips are noticeably fuller than before. In addition to potential lip filler, she is believed to have had a rhinoplasty and Botox, among other procedures.

The Press Secretary’s looks are often a topic of discussion on social media, with comments on X, formerly Twitter, like “@The WH propaganda arm is Karoline Leavitt @PressSec, who’s had so much plastic surgery that her face is now a permanent Joker smile” and “What the HELL has Karoline Leavitt done with her looks?! A nose job and god knows what else. She’s gone full Kardashian & not in a good way. Compare what she used to look like.”

The beauty trends among conservative Republican women are characterized by high cheekbones, full lips, taught skin, full and defined eyebrows, narrow noses, and bright white teeth.

One user wrote, “Is plastic surgery a requirement for being in  Tгuмρp’s dystopian administration?”
