Pussycat Dolls singer Kimberly Wyatt has opened up to share advice on work-life balance while taking on new projects. Having been on Dancing On Ice, the 44-year-old said she loves learning new things, but fans won’t be seeing her on Strictly Come Dancing.
Speaking at the Jackie the Stripper movie premiere, Kimberly, who starred as a barmaid in the movie, exclusively told Express.co.uk: “I always keep my mind open to new ideas for the challenge. I think in an atmosphere like that, you learn a lot about yourself that you just never normally would, had you not had that experience.

“But more than anything, I like my craft, I love kind of diving into characters and storytelling, and all those facets are what excite me about my future.” Kimberly also appeared on MasterChef in 2015 with no cooking experience and went on to defeat fellow finalists Rylan Clark and Sam Nixon.
Husband Max Rogers added: “It is ridiculous. I used to be the chef of the house. She goes and wins MasterChef. That was amazing.” Asked if there will be an opportunity to see her on the BBC ballroom reality dance show, the Don’t Cha singer said: “They won’t have me, and the public would hate me. It’s true.”
The mum-of-three also recalled the “dreadful” recovery from her hip replacement surgery, which happened two and a half years ago. She told us: “I had no quality of life, I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t walk.

“I was limping, continuing to work, and I kept it from everybody. But I have rehabbed it, and I will continue to rehab it, and I do have to consider it as I warm myself up for performances and always listen to my body.”
Tennis pro Andy Murray and ballerina Misty Copeland have been her inspiration to keep chasing after her goals, as she said: “They both had hip replacements and they kept going and winning, so hopefully I can do the same.”
To prepare for the barmaid role in the movie, Kimberly had the opportunity to do a fight scene, and she utilised her dance experience and kickboxing skills to perfect the stunt. She added: “It was pretty intense, but I was well up for it.”
