Katie Price has stunned fans once again by flaunting the painful aftermath of her latest cosmetic surgery — a bum filler — during a sun-soaked pool day in Ibiza. The 47-year-old glamour model paraded around in a skimpy pink bikini, revealing two bloody plasters on her newly enhanced derrière.

Katie, known for her dramatic transformations, whipped off her bikini top while lounging in the sun and was even spotted on all fours with her sore-looking bum clearly on display. She also showed off her tattoos and neon yellow manicure while playing with a plastic flamingo in the pool.

The mum-of-five recently admitted to undergoing yet another filler procedure to boost her backside, sharing a cheeky video captioned: “So the bum is done! Here’s a little sneaky, beaky, booky!”

Despite previously calling a Brazilian butt lift “the most painful thing ever” and swearing off UK surgeons, Katie now says she’ll only have surgery abroad.

She met up with famous pals Dean Gaffney and Jamie O’Hara while in Ibiza, and also posed for photos with Wayne Lineker, who wrapped an arm around her as she posed confidently in her tiny bikini.

At a recent Pride performance in Portsmouth, Katie told the crowd she wasn’t wearing knickers and teased: “Keep checking that nothing’s on show — I keep doing that in case a lip hangs out.” She added that she plans to add even more volume to her bum, saying, “I want a bigger, better butt.”

Despite raising eyebrows for her visibly shrinking frame and exaggerated curves, Katie remains unapologetic — and is far from done.
