Angel Reese had a regrettable experience at Miami’s airport this weekend, having taken to X/Twitter to drop some criticism.

She didn’t disclose exactly what happened or where she was going, but we at least know her destination now.

We should have figured she was headed to New Orleans, with the Super Bowl showdown between the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs set for this Sunday.

The Chicago Sky forward has landed in The Big Easy and, as usual, made a statement with her outfit. Reese showed up in pink heels, multi-colored long pants, and a black blazer exposing her chest.

He then dove into another story of a friend who relayed that his Black girlfriend started to request money from him as soon as she found out about his NIL money. She wanted her hair and nails done. Reese put in an impressive performance for her Unrivaled team, Rose BC, on Friday night, registering 12 points and 12 rebounds in a 71-63 win, although one of those boards was apparently debatable as her teammate Kahleah Cooper accused her of stealing “1 of my rebounds!”

It appears Reese has left Miami, where the tournament is being held, as she made it clear she was unhappy with her treatment at the city’s airport.

“Miami might be the worst airport with the worst customer service EVER,” the forward wrote.

Reese didn’t shed any light on where she was going or what happened exactly, but she was definitely upset, and several users agreed with her assessment.

Kansas City Chiefs superstar wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins didn’t mince words on the performance of the NFL officials following the team’s ugly Super Bowl 59 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

DeAndre Hopkins and the Chiefs were no match for Jalen Hurts and the Eagles, who cruised to a 40-22 victory to deny Kansas City the first-ever Super Bowl three-peat. It was a quiet day for “Nuk”, who finished the night with just two catches for 18 yards and a touchdown.

The NFL officials were a hot topic going into Super Bowl 59, thanks mainly to the Chiefs benefiting from questionable calls in the Divisional Round (vs. Houston Texans) and AFC Championship Game (vs. Buffalo Bills).

But with the Chiefs losing in blowout fashion, Ron Torbert and his crew mostly avoided public scrutiny and backlash. Still, the 18-point loss didn’t stop DeAndre Hopkins from criticizing the refs after the game, per Charean Williams of Pro Football Talk:

The play happened so fast and was almost hidden, but you could still see Mahomes’ head snap back in a whiplash motion that looked incredibly painful. You can only imagine what he must’ve felt in that moment-probably more than just a little rattled. Many believe that this hit is the reason Mahomes wasn’t focused after his head was jolted.

At that moment, it’s likely Mahomes didn’t think much of the injury and probably wasn’t ready to ask for a change or help. But let’s be real-his performance was definitely worrying, with mistake after mistake piling up and that growing gap in touchdowns.

Fans were seriously concerned, especially since it’s been a while since they’ve seen Mahomes struggle this much. Interceptions left and right and a performance that seemed way off his usual game. Maybe the weight of chasing records-like the chance to win three consecutive Super Bowls, keep breaking Tom Brady’s records, and be crowned the GOAT-just became too much to handle.

During the most recent NFL Draft in Detroit, social media was buzzing as athletes showed up to the red carpet event with their girlfriends and family. Many of the incoming NFL rookies were African-American and were spotted with white women, which has become the usual theme for years.

The same thing happens with the NBA Draft.

This year, the discourse on the NFL Draft and NBA Draft has gotten even louder as African-American women openly pondered why so many of the players never have a partner that is the same race as them.

 

 

One guy on TikTok decided to answer that question by revealing that the vast majority of his division-1 friends in college or headed to the league are dating or married to white women and explained why.

He stated that some of them had told him that their white girlfriend looked up to Taylor Swift while their girlfriend looked up to Megan The Stallion. He then states the guy asks how many white women he has seen doing the Megan Thee Stallion challenge as opposed to Black women.

He then dove into another story of a friend who relayed that his Black girlfriend started to request money from him as soon as she found out about his NIL money. She wanted her hair and nails done. He then added that the Black women would be upset if they went to places like Chipotle, and she demanded steak houses.
