We’ll never see LeBron James and Stephen A. Smith settle their public feud with physicality in real life (what a mismatch that would be), but one fan gave us an idea of what it might look like virtually.

Smith, a well-known New York Knicks fan, was at Crypto.com Arena on Mar. 6 to watch his team take on LeBron’s Lakers. During a timeout in the game, cameras caught James going over to confront the polarizing ESPN personality about something:

Stephen A. Smith later stated that LeBron was confronting him over comments he previously made about his son, Bronny James. In a January edition of “First Take”, Smith stated that Bronny was only in the NBA because of his dad and told LeBron James to accept that his son wasn’t ready for the pros.

Smith made more headlines last week when he claimed that he would have “swung on” James if the four-time NBA champion turned physical during their altercation.

Obviously, the 6-foot-9, 250-pound James isn’t going to have an actual fight with a man who’s much smaller in size (6-foot-1) and 17 years his senior. But one fan put together a video of a James vs. Smith WWE-style match in a video game, complete with commentary from Michael Cole!

There’s been no shortage of pro athletes and high-profile celebrities who entered the WWE ring for a match. But we’re not sure WWE has James or Smith high on their priority list at this time. Certainly, not while James is still playing basketball.

ESPN Just Handed Stephen A. Smith A $100 Million Extension

WIth his current deal set to expire in the coming months, Smith and ESPN agreed to a lucrative $100 million contract extension worth five years. The 57-year-old will continue to host “First Take”, though the contract allows him to speak about politics on other networks.

During the most recent NFL Draft in Detroit, social media was buzzing as athletes showed up to the red carpet event with their girlfriends and family. Many of the incoming NFL rookies were African-American and were spotted with white women, which has become the usual theme for years.

The same thing happens with the NBA Draft.

This year, the discourse on the NFL Draft and NBA Draft has gotten even louder as African-American women openly pondered why so many of the players never have a partner that is the same race as them.

 

 

One guy on TikTok decided to answer that question by revealing that the vast majority of his division-1 friends in college or headed to the league are dating or married to white women and explained why.

He stated that some of them had told him that their white girlfriend looked up to Taylor Swift while their girlfriend looked up to Megan The Stallion. He then states the guy asks how many white women he has seen doing the Megan Thee Stallion challenge as opposed to Black women.

He then dove into another story of a friend who relayed that his Black girlfriend started to request money from him as soon as she found out about his NIL money. She wanted her hair and nails done. He then added that the Black women would be upset if they went to places like Chipotle, and she demanded steak houses.

Legendary NFL RedZone host Scott Hanson has just landed a tremendous new job.

According to Fox Sports’ Jordan Schultz, EA Sports is adding him to Madden NFL 26.

Schultz reported that Hanson, the host of NFL RedZone, is “the new in-game voice” for Madden.

His exact role in the game is unclear.

Hanson will be one of the voices in the video game, which will be released in August. The host will be in the recording studio with EA this spring.

 

The news about Scott Hanson comes after EA previously reported that Greg Olsen, Mike Tirico, Brock Huard, and Kate Scott’s voices would be added to the game alongside Brandon Gaudin and Charles Davis.

Given his experience on NFL RedZone and as a host for other NFL Network programming, having Hanson in Madden 26 will certainly excite fans about the game even more.

Back in February, there were reports that Scott Hanson was discussing a deal that could see him leave ‘NFL RedZone’ following a 15-year stint.

RedZone already underwent a major change at the end of the 2024 NFL season, introducing a few ads to its previously famous “seven hours of commercial-free football.”

Hanson has hosted NFL RedZone since the program’s creation in 2009. However, his contract with NFL Network expired after the 2024 NFL season.

Front Office Sports’ Michael McCarthy reported that he may not leave and is “still in negotiations to return to NFL Media.”

However, he added that talks between Hanson and the company “have stalled… amid negotiations for ESPN to take over NFL Media and NFL RedZone,” per Front Office Sports.

Isabella, who has been keeping her followers informed as it pertains to her treatment, went through her last round of chemotherapy. The former New York Giants star took to Instagram to post a video of the 20-year-old ringing the bell on Sunday, praising the strength she’s shown throughout the ordeal.

“Isabella, you are a SUPERWOMAN! Ringing that bell finishing chemo and on your way! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾You continue to fight with a smile on your face, strength, and determination. I am one proud Dad! Love you, Bella,” he wrote.

Michael Strahan’s Daughter Shared A Worrying Update In May

Isabella Strahan, who was diagnosed with a rare brain tumor called medulloblastoma in January, had a worrying update for her fans nearly a month ago as she revealed she was dealing with memory loss.

“I don’t remember Tuesday, ’cause I’m given this drug to protect my hearing and just because I have a reaction to it, they give me Ativan,” she said via her YouTube channel. “And for some reason, this happened last time too, I can’t remember a single thing about that day.“

She also admitted being fearful of the possibility of having to take different treatments for the rest of her life.

“I’m kind of scared like once I’m done, how am I going to go back to normal life ’cause I feel like there’s always going to be another treatment or something that I have to do, [but] otherwise I’m good,” she continued.

Thankfully, Isabella has been able to successfully go through one of the most important phases of her recovery.
