The ABC news anchor took to Instagram to post a picture of his dog, Axel, who simply stared at the camera in an adorable shot.

The dog looked as calm and peaceful as could be in the photo, with his orange eyes piercing through, as David simply captioned the shot: “Saturday.”

Fans quickly fell in love with the heartwarming snap of Axel’s, including Kelly Ripa, who simply dropped a series of heart emojis like many of his other friends and colleagues.

A fan commented: “Omg Axel is beautiful what a great pic,” with another saying: “Such a handsome boy. Just like his dad.”

He shared a photograph from one of the disaster-struck areas, where he stood in front of a building that had been torn apart by the winds as he readied himself for his shot while reporting.

“Prayers for Kentucky,” he simply captioned the post, and fans inundated the comments section with prayers of their own.

“Sending our thoughts and prayers for Kentucky,” one wrote, with another saying: “Prayers for all those affected and for those who perished,” and others like Deborah Roberts sending praying emojis.

Michael Strahan is truly blasting off to new heights with his latest career move as he revealed on the latest episode of Good Morning America.

The morning show’s host revealed to his co-hosts Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos that he would be going to space.

“@michaelstrahan is going to SPACE,” wrote the show’s official Instagram account with a clip of the announcement live on the air.

Michael will be part of Blue Origin’s third human flight taken this year, following the headline-making space venture by founder Jeff Bezos.

The GMA star shared that reporting on the first launch left him fascinated with the prospect of space exploration and led to him saying yes immediately once approached.

In the segment, Michael talked about the steps he had taken to prepare for the journey, including getting fitted for a space suit and his own seat on board the flight.

Michael is so excited and grateful for the opportunity 

It was back in September, that it was announced that his jersey will be retiring.

This incredible achievement was marked on GMA, with the star receiving a sweet surprise live on air. Michael’s former teammates jumped out in the studio, all dressed in his iconic 92 jersey, but to his delight.

“I realize what was going on as they would never wear my jersey unless there was a reason that they didn’t love me that much,” he said at the time.

“I will tell you this, it wouldn’t be possible without these three, they were all very instrumental in my career. I know Eli [Manning] is getting his jersey retired as well.”

Robin Roberts and Ginger Zee left fans in tears on Wednesday when they gifted a special family a check for $10,000.

Joshua Biyoyouwei, who suffers from sickle-cell, is an advocate for Be the Match which encourages people to register to help others find their l1fe-sav1ng cur3, and he was joined by his mom Vera and sister Jaira on Good Morning America.

The 14-year-old had a str0ke when he was a baby, and has yet to find a bone marrow match which is the only potential cure.

During their appearance on the show, Robin spoke to the family about the difficulties they face with Joshua’s wheelchair and the family was also gifted a Rollx van which are specially designed to help wheelchair users.

Vera broke down in tears, and was left speechless when later Ginger appeared with the check.

“I came here to find a match for my son and we’re praying people go out there and join the registry,” she shared.

“I had the pleasure of meeting Joshua when he was just 7 years old. He has inspired me ever since as a sickle cell thriver. This morning on @goodmorningamerica we shared a big surprise for Joshua & his family who are fierce advocates for @BeTheMatch (link in bio),” Robin later captioned an Instagram post showing her meeting Joshua when he was younger and again today.

Fans at home were also emotional, with one commenting: “That was a precious moment! Love when GMA blesses others!”

“Robin, you are always making someone’s morning special. Bless your heart, you’re such an inspirational human being,” commented another, as one wrote: “Tissues required. So good to have an update on Joshua. Thank you for the amazing gifts that he and his family received and needed.”

Robin has also used the registry service, as in 2012 she underwent a life saving bone marrow tr@nsplant after being diagnosed with bone marrow myelodysplastic syndrome.

Her bone marrow d1sease required a tr@nsplant, which she received from her sister Sally Ann Roberts, and she documented it on GMA, which garnered the show a Peabody Award.

The news of her d3ath on 28 October was confirmed on Friday by her co-host, Justin Farmer. He said she di3d peacefully with her family by her side. 

Jovita is survived by her stepdaughter Lauren, her children Shelby and Joshua, and her mother Yvonne.
