HEARTBROKEN – Inheriting Massive Debt – Kate Garraway Struggles and Pleads for HELP!

Kate Garraway has been frozen out of her bank accounts after changing her phone handset.

The Good Morning Britain presenter, 58, reached out to Barclays bank on social media in a desperate plea for help on Tuesday.

Kate told how she has been unable to access either her current or savings account since Friday and hasn’t been able to speak to anyone in customer service.

Taking to X, she wrote: ‘@Barclays please please get in touch with me – I have not been able to access any of my Barclays accounts current or savings since Friday due to changing my phone handset and can’t get through to anyone on customer service – please dm me .’

Kate’s message didn’t go unanswered this time and a customer service rep responded to her through the Barclays X account.

They wrote: ‘Could you please pop into our DM’s with your full name, postcode, contact number, and we can take it from there together.

‘I’ve popped a link on this message that will take you through to us in DM. If you do have any other questions then please do let me know as we are here 24/7 for you. Thank you!’

It’s the latest financial blow for Kate who has been dealing with debt following her husband Derek Draper’s d3ath.

The presenter has openly discussed how she has been left with debts between £500,000 and £800,000 after caring for her late husband.

Political lobbyist Derek di3d at the age of 56 in January 2024 following a four-year battle with long C0vid, with Kate paying £16,000 a month on his care.

Now, a new liquidator’s report has revealed the large tax costs that are yet to be paid by Derek’s now-defunct psychotherapeutic company Astra Aspera.

The company, which was jointly controlled by Kate, went bust owing hundreds of thousands of pounds to creditors, including a large bill to HMRC.

Filings on Companies House have revealed how Kate has been trying to pay off the debt, with HMRC now submitting a lower revised total in a small boost.

HMRC’s latest preferential claim stands at £288,054, which is around a third of its previous 2023 submission of £716,822, according to the documents.

Have you ever been locked out of your bank account?

It is not known why HMRC dropped the payment, and the filing has claimed there are also ‘insufficient funds to pay a dividend to secondary preferential creditors’.

According to The Sun, Kate has so far paid back £21,000.

Addressing the filing, Kate’s spokesperson told MailOnline the ‘shocked’ TV star ‘doesn’t recognise these figures’ and is in contact with HMRC to make sure she ‘honours what is required’.

Their statement read: ‘Kate has met all that the liquidators of Derek’s company have asked for and more over the past four years.

‘She doesn’t recognise these figures and is shocked that it’s being presented in this way by them.

‘Caring for Derek and supporting her family when Derek could no longer run his own businesses has taken a huge financial toll on her but she’s determined to put things right.

Derek battled long C0vid for four years before his d3ath and Kate has openly discussed the devastating financial toll of funding his care during that period.

In January, Kate explained how she has been left with ‘excessive un-payable debt’ as she spoke about dealing with the funding of his care.

She shared: ‘The family and I have been talking about the challenges we faced this time last year, one of the overriding ones, he went back into intensive care before he passed away was dealing with the funding of care.

‘At the time of his d3ath, there were two appeals that hadn’t been heard for funding. It kept being pushed back and pushed back.

In March 2024, the presenter revealed that she had been spending £16,000 a month on care for her late husband.

She told Good Morning Britain: ‘I am ashamed of the fact I’m in debt. I have an incredible job that I love, that’s very well paid.

Caitlin Clark – Jacy Sheldon: Legendary Clashes – A Rivalry That Knows No Peace!

Caitlin Clark – Jacy Sheldon: Legendary Clashes – A Rivalry That Knows No Peace!

Who is Jacy Sheldon? Sun guard who poked Caitlin Clerk's eye - Hindustan Times

Everybody in the women’s basketball world knows that Caitlin Clark’s biggest rival is Angel Reese, and that this rivalry stems from their time playing each other in college.

However, Clark has several other familiar foes in the WNBA whom she has matched up against multiple times over the years. One of these is Connecticut Sun guard Jacy Sheldon, who was the Dallas Wings’ No. 5 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft before getting traded to Connecticut this past offseason.

Sheldon went to Ohio State, which meant that Clark (who, of course, was the No. 1 pick in that 2024 WNBA Draft) and her matched up multiple times in college, being that they were both in the Big Ten Conference.

They also faced each other during the 2024 WNBA season when Sheldon was on the Wings, and Clark sent her sprawling to the court at one point.

And familiarity breeds contempt, as the saying goes, which was shown during the Fever’s June 17 game against the Sun. At one point in the second quarter, Sheldon was playing physical defense on Clark that Clark clearly thought was worth a foul call.

After the play ended, Clark and Sheldon exchanged words with each other before Clark seemed to shove her off before beginning to walk away. This prompted Sheldon’s Sun teammate Marina Mabrey to lightly shove Clark as well, which caused whistles to blow.

X ser @ianni_ch posted a video of this exchange with the caption, “I did not have Jacy Sheldon – Caitlin Clark beef on my bingo card for tonight 😂”.

Ultimately, there were no technical fouls issued to anyone as cooler heads prevailed. But this feisty exchange will be worth watching as this June 17 game continues.

  • Suzanne Scott of Fox News – One of the most powerful female CEOS – the mystery behind her Child born in 2006.

Suzanne Scott of Fox News – One of the most powerful female CEOS – the mystery behind her Child born in 2006.

Suzanne Scott of Fox News – One of the most powerful female CEOS – the mystery behind her Child born in 2006.

In 2018, Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott made history as the first female head of a major media organization. And in October 2021, Fox handed Scott more years to continue running the business. What’s Scott’s salary and net worth after her Fox contract extension?

Fox News Media, a unit of Fox Corporation, operates Fox News Channel (FNC) and Fox Business. Advertising is its major source of revenue. For some time in 2021, Fox had an issue with MyPillow that led it to stop running commercials from the bedding company despite it being one of its top advertising clients.

While Fox News Media was thriving under Scott, it has faced significant backlash over the last few years for its news reporting practices and controversial stances on pressing issues.

    When did Fox News start?

The Fox News cable television channel began in 1996. It was created by Rupert Murdoch, who hired former Republican Party media consultant Roger Ailes as the channel’s founding CEO. Fox News primarily appeals to conservative viewers. Before Fox, Ailes worked at CNBC. Ailes resigned from Fox News in 2016 and died in 2017. Scott replaced Ailes as the media group’s top executive.

Where did Suzanne Scott work before Fox?

Scott joined Fox News at its inception. Similar to processor Roger Ailes, Scott also worked at CNBC before moving to Fox. She moved to Fox together with Chet Collier, who was her boss at CNBC. At Fox, Scott started as a programming assistant and rose through the ranks. She’s credited for launching several successful initiatives at Fox even before taking the helm at the conservative media group.

    Source: Fox News

What’s Suzanne Scott’s salary and net worth?

Scott is entitled to a salary as the Fox News boss, but little is known about the media executive’s compensation package. It seems likely that Scott’s salary has increased from when she joined Fox as a programming assistant to when she became the media organization’s CEO. Furthermore, it’s possible that Fox boosted Scott’s compensation as part of her 2021 contract extension.

Although Scott’s salary isn’t known, her net worth is estimated at between $30 million and $100 million. The estimated fortune comprises job earnings, savings, investments, and assets such as cars and a house.

In October 2021, Fox News celebrated 25 years since its launch. Scott rang the Nasdaq opening bell to mark the event. Among those helping Scott run Fox News Media is Fox Weather president Sharri Berg.

Who sued Fox News and why?

Fox News Media has changed a great deal since Scott took over as CEO. During the years of Roger Ailes, the group faced s3xual h@rassm3nt claims that cost it more than $100 million.

Although Scott has worked to improve the workplace experience for staff, those efforts haven’t stopped some from dragging Fox to court. For example, election technology company Smartmatic sued Fox Media for d3famati0n related to the 2020 presidential election.

The company was then hit with another d3famati0n lawsuit, this time, filed by Dominion Voting Systems. Dominion accused Fox of airing segments that promoted the idea that their voting machines were rigged, costing former President Donald Trump the 2020 presidential election. Before heading to trial, Fox decided to settle the $1.6 billion lawsuit for a whopping $787 million.

In the days following the Dominion settlement, Fox News was hit with another round of criticism for allegedly firing Tucker Carlson. Carlson’s show, Tucker Carlson Tonight, was one of the highest-rated shows on the network.

Sources now speculate Carlson’s controversial behavior may have led to Murdoch pulling the plug on his contract. Talks of a new contract were in the works, which would have kept Carlson at the network until 2029.

RadarOnline reported that Murdoch and his son Lachlan discussed letting Carlson go while they were on the tarmac at Dulles International Airport in Virginia in late April 2023. They reportedly decided to let Scott handle the dirty work and inform Carlson that he was being let go. Scott was reportedly advised to say that the decision came “from above.”

The day following Carlson’s exit, Fox News stock dropped, bringing the company’s valuation down by $507 million.

Does Suzanne Scott have a child?

Scott has not only kept details of her salary and fortune private, but her family as well. For example, the media executive has a daughter born in 2006, but little is known about the child. Equally obscure are details of Scott’s husband, Preston Scott.

The Indiana Fever improved their record to 6-5 on the 2025 WNBA season on June 17, after a hard-fought (literally) victory against the Connecticut Sun.

However, this win had much more meaning than just any other regular-season contest for Indiana. Since they won and the New York Liberty beat the Atlanta Dream on Tuesday, it meant that the Fever will play in the second-ever WNBA Commissioner’s Cup Championship Game against the Minnesota Lynx on July 1.

For those unaware, the Commissioner’s Cup is, according to the WNBA website, “an annual in-season competition… The team from each conference with the top record in Commissioner’s Cup games will compete for a $500,000 prize pool in the Commissioner’s Cup Championship presented by Coinbase. In addition, Coinbase has committed $120,000 in cryptocurrency to the prize pool, which includes $5,000 for each player in the championship game.”

And because the Fever won the Eastern Conference, they’re facing off against the Lynx, who won the Western Conference part of the competition.

Star guard Caitlin Clark spoke to the media after Tuesday’s win and addressed getting to play for the Commissioner’s Cup Championship, which marks her first chance at winning a WNBA trophy.

“Yeah, I mean obviously, we’re excited. That’s a big deal. And obviously New York helped us out a little bit to get there,” Clark said about getting to the championship game, per an X post from Scott Agness. “And it’s a hard thing to do. And why wouldn’t we celebrate that? We’re getting to play for a pool of money, that’s pretty fun. And you’re competing to win a trophy.

“It’s an extra game for us to get better, as well. So obviously, we celebrated it, and we’re proud of that,” she added.

The Fever certainly have an added incentive to win that July 1 game against the Lynx, who currently hold an 11-1 record (although the Commissioner’s Cup championship game doesn’t count toward a team’s regular season record).

Refs explain why Marina Mabrey wasn't ejected for knocking Caitlin Clark down

The women’s basketball world is still buzzing about one specific moment from what was an incredibly physical June 17 game between the Indiana Fever and Connecticut Sun.

While this game had plenty of heated moments that led to ejections, flagrant fouls, and technical fouls, the one that stands out the most was when Fever star guard Caitlin Clark was shoved to the ground by Sun wing Marina Mabrey in the third quarter.

This came after Clark and Sun guard Jacy Sheldon had a brief shoving match because Sheldon poked Clark in the eye while playing defense. Mabrey interjected by knocking Clark down, which caused a fracas between both teams.

It seemed obvious that Mabrey would get ejected for this shove. However, after a lengthy review, she (along with Clark) was only assessed a technical foul, while Sheldon’s initial foul was upgraded to a flagrant 1.

Fever fans were furious not only that Mabrey was not ejected, but that Clark got a technical foul for being on the receiving end of this non-basketball aggression from Mabrey. And after the game, the contest’s crew chief, Ashley Gloss, explained what went into both of these decisions.

“The contact made by Marina Mabrey did not rise to the level of an ejection. Additionally, it did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul penalty two,” Gloss revealed, per an X post from Chloe Peterson.

When speaking about the Clark technical decision, Gloss said, “After the foul by Sheldon, Clark reacted in an unsportsmanlike manner towards Sheldon.”

It’s hard to imagine that fans will feel satisfied with these responses.

ONE of the most memorable on-air moments for Fox News viewers: Reporter couple Peter Doocy and Hillary Vaughn announce they’re expecting a Baby.

Correspondent Hillary Vaughn of Fox News and husband Peter Doocy stole the spotlight from Steve Doocy, Peter’s dad, during a September 2022 taping of Fox & Friends. The news they shared left viewers shocked. During the show, Steve was promoting The Simply Happy Cookbook, which he and his wife, Kathy Doocy, collaborated on.

Steve then shifted the attention away from his cookbook and on to Peter and Hillary to announce that his son and daughter-in-law were expecting a baby.

“This food is particularly good if you are really hungry,” Steve said of the cookbook recipes. The recipes included Vaughn’s recipe for Chicken Olé, which she described as an enchilada-lasagna mash-up.

“And Hillary is hungry all the time,” Peter added. Then Vaughn offered the breaking news. “That’s because I’m eating for two,” she said. “We’re having a baby!”

Read on to find out when Vaughn had her baby and how she and Doocy met.

Vaughn is a correspondent for Fox News Channel and Fox Business Network, and she’s based in Los Angeles, according to her Fox News bio.

Peter, meanwhile, is the Fox News White House correspondent. He has had terse interactions with both President Joe Biden and Jen Psaki, Biden’s former press secretary.

The couple tied the knot in April 2021 at Montage Hotels’ Palmetto Bluff resort in Bluffton, S.C. If that venue sounds familiar, you may be remembering that Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin had a wedding ceremony there in 2019.

The bride, groom, and father of the groom all posted wedding photos on Instagram on April 26, 2021. “Life with you takes the cake!” Vaughn wrote, captioning a photo of herself and her new husband cutting their wedding cake.

Peter, meanwhile, went for a pun: “She said ‘I DOocy’!” he wrote in his caption.

We are so happy for both of you. For any parent who proudly watches their kid’s wedding, you know exactly how Kathy and I feel. Please join the Doocys and congratulate [Peter] and [Hillary] as their adventure begins!”

Many Fox News stars supported Peter Doocy and Hillary Vaughn’s pregnancy.

When Peter posted a video of the pregnancy reveal on his Instagram account, other Fox News personalities left congratulatory comments.

“GIRLDAD,” Fox News correspondent Gillian Turner wrote in one comment, for example. “I’m so thrilled for you guys. Welcome to the best part of your lives!”

During a previous episode of Fox & Friends, Vaughn and Peter showed off a sonogram image of the baby, adding that their due date was at the end of January 2023. Looks like there will be one more Doocy to eat Steve’s “Iowa Caucus Casserole” recipe.

Sandra Smith’s absence from Fox News sparks fan speculation: Is Happy News on the way?

When Fox News co-anchor Sandra Smith isn’t present for a segment or entire episode of America Reports, it tends to throw her fans into a frenzy. While some assume her absence could be a sign of her departure from the network, other viewers simply seek an explanation as to why she has taken a day off from work. If you’ve found yourself asking where Sandra Smith is lately, we’ve got some answers.

Smith currently serves as co-anchor of America Reports alongside John Roberts, another familiar face fans enjoy watching. American Reports airs weekdays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. EST, focusing on the latest news and headlines. If you’re still wondering why Smith is missing in action on occasion, keep reading!

Why hasn’t Sanda Smith been on Fox News’ ‘America Reports’ lately?

If there’s ever a day you tune into America Reports and don’t see Smith, don’t panic. There’s a good chance she might be filling in on another show. That, or she may have been scheduled to appear on another Fox News show.

For example, on Feb. 27, 2023, Smith was asked to join Guy Benson on The Guy Benson Show, which airs weekdays from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. EST. And about a week before that, Smith was called upon to fill in on America Newsroom.

Although there may be times when Smith remains out of the public eye, similar to her husband it’s usually because she’s off handling business elsewhere or simply taking a vacation.

Back in May 2022, fans were forced to go nearly two weeks without getting their daily dose of trending news from Smith. Although Smith neglected to address her absence, its likely she was just enjoying some time off from work.

Sandra Smith isn’t very active on Instagram or Facebook either. What is the Fox News co-anchor up to?

It isn’t uncommon for Smith to take a break from social media. In fact, it has been two weeks since Smith posted anything new on Instagram, and February 2023 since we’ve heard any updates from her on Twitter. But that doesn’t mean she’s going anywhere anytime soon.

One of her more recent posts on Instagram was uploaded in honor of of National Girls & Women in Sports Day — it was a throwback pic of Smith from her track days at LSU.

While it’s only natural for fans of Fox News hosts and anchors to grow worried when their favorite person has gone missing from a show, their absence can usually be attributed to something less severe than being terminated.

In 2022, after Jesse Watters went missing in action, fans went bananas trying to figure out if the network had let him go. However, after returning to The Five, Watters confirmed that his absence was due to a minor back injury.

News about Fox News host Greg Gutfeld’s Mother-In-Law sends viewers’ Hearts Racing!

If you’re wondering what happened to Greg Gutfeld’s show on Fox, you aren’t alone. Fans have become concerned at times over the years when the popular show stopped airing, with some wondering whether it has been canceled.

Greg’s namesake show, which airs weekdays at 11 p.m. EST, has grown to become America’s highest-rated late-night talk show. Gutfeld! draws an average of more than 2 million nightly viewers, making it more popular than Jimmy Kimmel LiveThe Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and The Late Show.

Launched in 2015, Gutfeld! (called The Greg Gutfeld Show then) initially aired on Saturday nights before Fox expanded it to weeknights in 2021. The show, featuring Greg and guests, takes a humorous look at politics and current affairs.

So, what happened to Greg Gutfeld’s show?

In 2022, the show didn’t air in the last days of February and the early days of March. Greg explained on Twitter that the show would skip its regular schedule to allow room for c0verage of the situati0n in UKRN.

After RSA 1nv@ded UKRN, it appears Fox reasoned that its audience was more interested in knowing what was going on in the country than Greg’s satire. Ukrainians continued to flee the country as RSA b0mbed its cities.

Greg is married to a Ukrainian. When he said that his mother-in-law was stuck in the Ukrainian city of Lviv, which lies more than 40 miles from the Polish border, his colleagues at Fox helped get her out of the country.

This isn’t the first time Greg has canceled his popular show to give way to more important news c0verage. After the TL took p0wer in AF in August 2021, Gutfeld! was put on hold to give Fox more time to show its audience what was going on in the country.

    Is ‘Gutfeld!’ live or taped?

The talk show is usually taped before a live audience shortly before it airs. The team explains that sh00ting the show and getting ready close to the airtime helps keep it as fresh as possible. The success of Gutfeld! testifies that the strategy has worked well. Greg also co-hosts Fox’s talk show The Five and was part of the network’s talk show Red Eye.

Gutfeld has been married to Elena Moussa since 2004. He met her in the early 2000s, while he was editor-in-chief of the British Maxim magazine and she was a photo editor for the Russian version of Maxim. At a conference of Maxim editors in Portugal, they had adjoining hotel rooms, as The Daily Beast reported in 2015.

“I actually met her my first day on the job,” Gutfeld told the site at the time. “When I saw her, I said to the editor of Maxim Russia, ‘Who is this woman?’ And I foolishly hit on her for three days. She was pretty cold to me, and finally I asked her out on a date. And then she moved to London to be with me.”

Gutfeld and Moussa don’t have children together, but Moussa often posts Instagram photos of her niece, according to Heavy.

What does Greg Gutfeld’s wife do?

When she isn’t posting atheistically pleasing photos on Instagram, Elena works as a fashion stylist and photo editor for Maxim Russia, as per The U.S. Sun. It now makes sense why her posts are either of her modeling an outfit or an oddly appealing photo of food.

In one post, an Instagram user pointed out that Moussa has “a great eye for photography.” We can attribute that to the studies she completed at the New York Fashion Institute of Technology and the Parsons School of Design, per her LinkedIn bio.

In May 2011, Moussa went on to found a clothing company she called Moussa Project. While her LinkedIn page shows the business is still open, an internet search revealed that the women’s clothing store has been permanently closed. It was located in Moscow, Russia.

Gutfeld has an apartment in New York City, and he discussed that home in a June 2020 Fox News opinion piece about looting in his neighborhood at the time. “We had hired private security the night before to watch over the property,” he wrote. “The looters were still able to bash one storefront in our building. But the apartments were unscathed.”

His January 2022 profile in The Washington Post, meanwhile, revealed that he and Moussa have “a mid-century modern lake house” with “soaring glass walls that frame a breathtaking, wooded view” in the New York countryside.

Gutfeld devoted a segment of a September 2021 Gutfield! episode to his distaste for the Big Apple. “I want to get out of New York, but I have to convince more than my wife. You know, there’s my mistress and her kids. Three separate states!” he joked, to mild laughter. “But also, I have to convince Fox? How do I do that without threatening to go public with those pictures of Steve Doocy like you’ve never seen them before? They’re disgusting. We can only show you the upper half.”

Fox News sh0cker: Sean Hannity finally BREAKS SILENCE to SHUT DOWN years of Rumors that stirred colleagues and viewers alike!

In 2022, Sean Hannity became the longest-running host in cable news history. For over 25 years, his show Hannity (formerly Hannity & Colmes) has been one of Fox News’ top-rated primetime shows and currently draws more than 3 million viewers nightly.

So, it’s no surprise that fans of the conservative political commentator are curious about his life off-screen, especially when it comes to rumors he is dating fellow Fox News host Ainsley Earhardt.

For nearly three years, the rumors continued to circulate, leaving the media only to speculate on Hannity’s relationship with Earhardt. However, in April 2023, breaking news finally confirmed who Hannity is dating. Here’s who the Fox News host has been cozying up with lately.

In 2020, Hannity shocked his fans when he announced he had divorced his wife, Jill Rhodes, the year prior, and that the couple had been separated for years.

Together, they share two kids — Patrick and Meri — and were married for 27 years before their split.

Following that announcement, it was rumored that Hannity had moved on with Fox & Friends co-host Ainsley Earhardt. While the couple publicly denied their relationship in the past, according to sources, they are very much dating.

“He’s very private because he’s very famous and he’s very controversial,” a source told People magazine in 2020, “but it’s been an open secret that they have been seeing each other.”

The source added, “They’re together all the time, but in private … for years.”

The couple was spotted together at Fox News host Pete Hegseth’s wedding and were dubbed the “First Couple of Fox” by Vanity FairPreviously, Earhardt was married to ex-husband Will Proctor, but the couple, who share a daughter, split in 2019.

Up until April 2023, Hannity and Earhardt’s relationship hadn’t been officially confirmed. However, after the DailyMail obtained footage of the two arm-in-arm and spending time together at the Colony Palm Beach hotel in Palm Beach, Fla., it’s evident Hannity is in a relationship with Earhardt. With the latest information, we can finally put the Hannity dating rumors to rest.

For the past three years, Hannity and Earhardt have closely connected. News of a romance between the two first surfaced around the fall of 2019, though there wasn’t enough evidence to support they were in a committed relationship. However, over time, the two have dropped slight hints that suggested they were together, unlike T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach, who made their intentions with one another quite obvious.

One instance of this is when Earhardt hosted Fox & Friends from a studio in the basement of Hannity’s Long Island mansion during the pandemic, according to Vanity Fair.

However, at the time, both denied relationship rumors.

“I do not discuss my personal life in public,” Hannity told the outlet when asked about Earhardt.

Earhardt also denied the rumors, saying, “Right now I am focused on raising my daughter. As anyone at Fox News will tell you, Sean is a wonderful person and whomever he chooses to date will be extremely fortunate.”

Then, around July 2022, Fox viewers noticed that Hannity and Earhardt were off at the same time, seemingly proving that they are very much going strong.

Despite their individual popularity on the network, viewers are divided about the couple.

“Sean Hannity hasn’t been the same guy since he started dating closet liberal Ainsley Earhardt,” one person tweeted before another added, “Sorry … Think it’s time Hannity and Ainsley retreat to the woods in a cabin far far away.”

A third chimed in, “It’s actually beautiful to see an office romance at Fox that won’t end in a 20 million dollar settlement.”

The final straw to confirm the rumors are the photos and statements the DailyMail received in April 2023. A source close to the couple told the DailyMail, “They are extremely happy together and have been for a while. It’s not a surprise to anyone who knows them, but they’re very private people and prefer to keep their personal life private and lowkey.”

Hannity, Earhardt, and her daughter, Hayden, reportedly spent time together as a family in late February when they visited Palm Beach, where Hannity owns a townhouse.
