Former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce was unintentionally embarrassed by his future sister-in-law, Taylor Swift, during the Cincinnati Bearcats’ season opener against the Nebraska Cornhuskers last Thursday.

Cameras caught Taylor Swift, Jason Kelce and younger brother Travis Kelce watching the Bearcats-Cornhuskers in a suite at the Kansas City Chiefs’ home venue of Arrowhead Stadium. Nebraska spoiled the day for the Bearcats alumni, escaping with a close 20-17 victory.
Swift and Travis Kelce announced their engagement in a social media post on Aug. 26, so Jason will soon own the notion of having the biggest music star in the world as his sister-in-law. And going by his latest tale, it sure sounds like Jason and Swift already have a close sibling-like relationship.
During an appearance on the “Bussin’ with the Boys podcast“, Jason Kelce told a hilarious story about getting put in his place by Taylor Swift at the Cincinnati game:
“I’ve got a very embarrassing story from last night about beer. So I’m drinking beer, and I’m not really hammering ’em. I’m just kind of putting one back every 30 minutes or something.”
“I’m just kind of enjoying beers last night, and I think it was third quarter, I find out that I’ve been drinking non-alcoholic beer the entire day. It was the most amount of shame I’ve ever felt in myself. I was just like, ‘What the f— is wrong with you, Jason!?’”
When asked who informed him that his beer was non-alcoholic, the Eagles legend uttered “Taylor!”

After retiring from football last year, Jason joined ESPN as an analyst on their “Monday Night Countdown” program, replacing former Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III. Kelce will begin his second season with the Worldwide Leader in Sports next Monday, when the Chicago Bears host the Minnesota Vikings in the first 2025 “MNF” game.
YouTube reportedly wanted Jason Kelce on their broadcast for the Chiefs-Los Angeles Chargers game in Brazil this Friday, but ESPN apparently blocked the move.
At any rate, Jason will be on the air for a pair of Chiefs games when they take on the Jacksonville Jaguars (Week 5) and Washington Commanders (Week 8) in “Monday Night Football” clashes.
