The Celtics defeated the Dallas Mavericks in five games to deliver Boston its 18th NBA championship, with Pritchard playing a role.
His wife-to-be shared some photos from the night’s festive events with her Instagram followers. One of them went viral almost immediately.
Emma, who has over 365,000 IG followers, posted a pic in which she’s shown drinking from a bottle of Cincoro Tequila while wearing a white tank top featuring Pritchard’s name.
She captioned the photo, “LFG.”

Macdonald also posted a message for the Celtics guard, letting him know how proud she is of him.
“My champion,” she wrote. “I am so beyond proud of you and everything you have accomplished so far in this lifetime! I can’t wait to be by your side through many more! I love you x1000000.”
Payton Pritchard Had An Amazing Moment In Game 5
Payton Pritchard and Emma Macdonald got engaged in Cape Cod last July. Less than a year later, he’s gotten his own ring.
While he only scored three points in Game 5 on Monday night, it was quite notable as his shot was a halfcourt heave to end the first half.
The former Oregon standout played all 82 games for Boston during the regular season, averaging 9.6 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game.
He scored 11 points against Dallas in Game 4 before his miracle halfcourt shot on Monday night caused Jason Kidd’s team extra annoyance.

Las Vegas Aces star A’ja Wilson has emerged as one of the most prominent figures in women’s basketball. Her outstanding achievements and dominant performances on the court have boosted her confidence in her skills. However, this confidence has recently caused her some trouble, as NBA fans criticized her for a recent statement she made.
In a recent episode of the “Roommates” show, Wilson stunned both the NBA and WNBA by claiming that she could defeat New York Knicks star Josh Hart in a one-on-one matchup. Additionally, she predicted that the final score would be 11-8.
“Score would be 11-8, me. I’m not saying you gonna go scoreless, 8 to 11 is pretty solid. So, what do you think it’ll be, Josh?” Wilson said.
Although Josh and Wilson both had a good laugh during their conversation, Wilson’s comment stirred up the basketball community. “She’d lose 11-0 w him only playing w his offhand,” one fan said.
