Emmerdale‘s Vinny Dingle is set to drop a bombshell on girlfriend Gabby Thomas that leaves her reeling in new scenes.

The pair have been enjoying a blossoming relationship after getting together last year, with the couple now moving into Dale View.

However, things will take a negative turn in new scenes just a few days after making the move, with Vinny having a sudden outburst.

He declares that he doesn’t want to be a father, which leaves Gabby perplexed as she’s unsure where this has come from.

Will she be able to learn what’s really going on with Vinny?

“Vinny and Gabby are supposed to be enjoying the start of an exciting new chapter after moving in together – it’s not the best start,” our Emmerdale source explained.

“Gabby isn’t sure why Vinny is so adamant over this. It’s a worrying development given that she’s already a mum to little Thomas, who’s part of the package, and may have wanted to extend her family in the future.”

The moment comes after Dawn Taylor accuses Gabby of taking the “safe” option with Vinny while coming to collect things from Home Farm.

Suggesting that she was “settling” for Vinny, Dawn noted some of the fierier characters that Gabby had been with in the past – but have Dawn’s words had an effect on her romance?

Speaking last year about her wishes for Gabby and Vinny, actor Rosie Bentham told Inside Soap: “She’s at an age now where she’s focused on business… now all she needs is a good guy who will come in, help her and Thomas, and maybe bring her back down to some of her nicer roots.”
