EMMERDALE JOY: Isabel Hodgins Shares Heartwarming Marriage Update That Has Fans CELEBRATING With Her

Isabel Hodgins, star of Emmerdale, has been showered with messages of support following a touching update on her marriage. The actress, who plays Victoria Sugden in the ITV soap, has been a key part of many major storylines since joining the show in 2006.
Away from the cameras, Isabel announced in August that she and her husband, Adam Whitehead, were expecting their first child, just a few months after they tied the knot. The couple got married in April at a dreamy ceremony held at Castlefield Rooms in Manchester city centre. Their relationship continues to flourish, with Isabel sharing the news of her pregnancy in August.

On Instagram, the popular soap star posted a picture of herself and Adam holding the scan image, captioning it: “First comes love, Then comes marriage, Then comes… Baby Whitehead.”
This week, Isabel received an outpouring of support from fans as she celebrated a wedding milestone during a romantic getaway.
On her Instagram, Isabel shared a series of charming photos from their retreat to Carden Park in Cheshire. She wrote, “Celebrating 6 months married and being 24 weeks pregnant. The dreamiest little pre-baby getaway @cardenpark.”
She continued, ” Lovely pampering with a pregnancy massage and facial, followed by a delicious afternoon tea. I feel so relaxed and grateful for such a special stay.”
Isabel’s followers and Emmerdale colleagues were swift to flood the post with affection.
Danny Miller, who portrays Aaron Dingle in the soap, remarked: “Very cute.”
Meanwhile, a fan wrote: “A lovely couple and soon a lovely family.”

Another follower added: “Glad all going well for you, can’t believe it’s been 6 months already sounds lovely and had a brilliant time to relax. Can’t wait for you to be a family of 3 bless you.”
This follows Isabel’s suggestion that she might step away from Emmerdale to concentrate on being a mother.
Speaking about this choice, the ITV actress told The Mirror in August: “I will miss it. I love the people there, but I’ve worked there for 19 years, so I feel like I’ve done what I’ve wanted to do and been selfish with my career. Isabel continued: “Now, it’s time to devote my life to being a mum, that feels right to me. But there’s still FaceTime, so they won’t forget me!”
