They have been quietly seeing each other since and were seen having lunch at the Banyers House Hotel in Royston, Hertfordshire.
Mark, who turned 60 on Friday, signed up for the dating show after his split from TV presenter Hayley Palmer, 44.
A source said: “Mark and Deanne instantly connected and have been enjoying getting to know each other away from the cameras.
“Mark discovered a lot about himself through the coaching on the series.
“It’s no secret Mark has not had the best luck when it comes to love so is hoping that Deanne is The One for him.”
Mark met Hayley after he split from his wife Katie, 31 — with whom he has a seven-year-old son — in 2020.
He said: “I’ll admit, I’m not the most clued-up person when it comes to relationships.
“So I listened to the experts who were very good.”
A spokesman for Mark declined to comment.
