Strictly Come Dancing fans have shared their concerns after noticing that one of the professionals appears different this series.

Concerns have been raised for Karen Hauer
Strictly Come Dancing fans have shared their worry for Karen Hauer after she and Harry Aikines-Aryeetey left the competition on Sunday night. The pair had landed third from the bottom on the leaderboard after bringing in 30 points from the judges. However, they were sent packing after dancing off with La Voix and Aljaz, who were placed at the bottom of the leaderboard with 29 points. But as viewers rushed to discuss their performances online, one person shared their concerns.
Taking to Reddit, one user wrote: “Karen is probably my favourite pro, I love her to bits, but I have felt that she seems a little down and flat this series. I feel like she’s not as into it as she was before, which is totally understandable, but I think it’s affected her partnership with Harry.”

Fans have noticed a difference in Karen
Another wrote: “Understandably, after 13 years, her choreography is stale too, I thought when watching last night I could almost tell what was coming next. I think it was Movie Week too, where she almost looked like she was marking the routine, not sure if she was covering an injury but she’s been very low energy.
“I’m happy to she finally seems happy in her personal life (listen to her We Need to Talk if you haven’t already) but maybe it’s at the expense of her passion for her main job, which is fine, but she should be honest and decide if she still enjoys it. Like some have mentioned, some female pro’s are patiently sitting on the bench.”
Karen is the longest serving professional dancer on the show after joining in 2012, which one user mirrored as they said it would be “sad to see her go”. Users also said they noticed she doesn’t seem as “competitive” as some of the other pros anymore.
After leaving the competition this weekend, Karen issued a statement in support of her partner and she wrote on Instagram: “Seven weeks of hard work, laughter and non-stop fun… what a journey it’s been! Sharing this experience with you will always stay with me and I know I’ve got a friend for life.
“Thank you for everything… and thank you to everyone who supported us along the way.”
