Molly Qerim (Photos via Instagram)
Molly Qerim just had one of her most-liked posts of the entire year.
On Wednesday, the iconic co-host of First Take on ESPN took to her Instagram page and shared a video of her workout routine that highlighted her disciplined approach. She left her followers’ mouths open as she impressed them with her spectacular sporty look.
Qerim was rocking a tight black outfit that enhanced her figure.
Molly Qerim performed several pelvic thrusts and worked on her hamstrings before executing some squats. The 40-year-old also worked with weights and performed lunges.
Qerim captioned her post, “Small steps everyday.”
While the video cycled through her workouts, Qerim played the song “Motivation” by Kelly Rowland.
Some of the lyrics in that song include, “(And when we’re done) I just wanna feel your hands all over me, baby.”
It did not take long for Qerim to garner more than 22,000 likes and nearly over 1,000 comments.
“🔥🔥🔥🔥 get it, Molly,” one wrote.
“Freaking beautiful 😍 ❤️,” a second gushed.
“You go girl 💪🏿😚😘😚,” a third person added.
A fourth person couldn’t help but to point to the music, stating, “Interesting song selection.”
There Was Speculation That Molly Qerim Had Been Fired
Molly Qerim first joined ESPN in 2006.
She has put in the work to prove that she can hold her own on “First Take.”
Earlier this year, rumors began spreading that Qerim was allegedly fired from ESPN following her controversial comments on basketball player Caitlin Clark.
Back in June, Molly Qerim made it clear that the fever guard’s absence from the Olympic team was a good thing.
The backlash ignited rumors about ESPN firing Qerim, but as we can see, she is very much employed.
