Kelce was especially upset with offensive lineman Jawaan Taylor, who committed multiple penalties throughout the night.

Those penalties got under Kelce’s skin in the third quarter.

YouTube cameras caught Kelce screaming at Taylor on the sidelines.

Eventually, he delivered a headbutt to his teammate while they had their helmets on.

Fans had mixed opinions about the altercation, and shared their thoughts on social media.

“What an awful teammate,” one fan said.

“Love it! Travis Kelce did what most of us felt like doing,” another fan said.

“Taylor sucks but dude what a horrible teammate,” a third fan said.

“Love Kelce and Tranquil holding Taylor and Jones accountable after their screwups,” a fourth fan said.

“Travis is out of control,” a fifth fan said.

Why Travis Kelce will be benched by Chiefs this season

The Chiefs were unable to find any momentum after all of Taylor’s penalties.

They ended up losing the game 27-21, and lost one of their best players in the process.

Kelce accidentally rammed into wide receiver Xavier Worthy while they were running crossing routes.

That collision dislocated Worthy’s shoulder, and will force him to miss multiple weeks.
