RUMORS NO LONGER: Coronation Street’s Jenny Connor’s MAKES OFFICIAL HEARTBREAKING ANNOUNCEMENT that leaves fans in TEARS

Coronation Street viewers are convinced they’ve figured out Jenny Connor’s departure from the cobbles, after news broke of her surprising exit. Jenny, portrayed by Sally Ann Matthews, has remained a cornerstone of the ITV drama for decades since her first appearance in 1986. It’s undeniable that she’s been central to numerous major plotlines throughout her tenure.
From dramatic infant abduction to her brush with d3ath whilst trapped in a sinkhole, Jenny’s journey in Weatherfield has been packed with high-stakes drama. This has been particularly evident in recent times, as she faced heartbreak earlier this year when she was forced out of the Rovers Return after serving as the beloved pub’s landlady for years.

Nevertheless, this week confirmed that actress Sally will be departing the programme, with bosses promising a “thrilling” farewell narrative.
According to The Sun, Sally has been left “devastated by the decision.”
She has also acknowledged on social media that her decade-long journey on the soap has reached its conclusion.
Viewers have already begun speculating about her exit – and the predictions are rather grim.
On a Coronation Street Facebook fan group, responding to Jenny actress Sally’s unexpected departure, one viewer commented: “Why are they getting rid of the good ones! She’s a good actress.”
Another fan then proposed she might face a fatal ending, in a tragic development.
They posted: “Probs gonna k!ll her off aren’t they.” A third supporter concurred: “Yep, can’t see her having a happy exit in my opinion.” Another added: “I thought the same.”
Announcing her departure this week, Sally shared a heartfelt message on social media. She revealed: “I was supposed to stay for five months but ended up doing an extra ten years because I loved it so much!”
“It’s time, though, to play those parts I always hoped I would when I’d grown up.’ Thanks Trafford Wharf Rd for the memories and endless laughter x.”
