New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers cut an emotional figure after his team’s season-ending game against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

While the Jets ended their 2024 campaign with a 32-20 victory, it was only the fifth of the season, which meant it marked the last fixture for the team, as there will be no playoff trip in their immediate future.

A video showing what happened in the locker room on the back of the win suggests that Rodgers could seriously be considering retirement.

The QB was visibly emotional while hugging it out with teammates and may have shed a tear or two as he said his goodbyes.

Aaron Rodgers Has No Idea What The Future Holds

Aaron Rodgers was still unsure of what was next for him a few days after the game.

The last two years have been tough for the QB, who moved from the Green Bay Packers in 2023 in a trade that was hyped as a potential Super Bowl-winning move.

It turned out to be anything but, as the quarterback spent his entire first season sidelined with an Achilles injury. Despite his return in 2024, the Jets finished with a dismal 5-12 record.

Still, Rodgers declared that the last two years have been the best of his life.

“Honestly, it’s been the best two years of my life, and that’s a perspective adjustment that I think happened at some point during the rehab process last year,” he said earlier this month.

The four-time MVP has since admitted that the decision to remain in or leave New York might be out of his hands, given that the Jets owner was ready to bench him for Tyron Taylor earlier in the season.

“I’m going to take some time after the year. Unless I get released right away,” he told Pat McAfee this week. “But I will still take some time [to decide] whether or not I’m gonna play. I will take some time to get away from it either way.”

Las Vegas Aces star A’ja Wilson has emerged as one of the most prominent figures in women’s basketball. Her outstanding achievements and dominant performances on the court have boosted her confidence in her skills. However, this confidence has recently caused her some trouble, as NBA fans criticized her for a recent statement she made.

In a recent episode of the “Roommates” show, Wilson stunned both the NBA and WNBA by claiming that she could defeat New York Knicks star Josh Hart in a one-on-one matchup. Additionally, she predicted that the final score would be 11-8.

“Score would be 11-8, me. I’m not saying you gonna go scoreless, 8 to 11 is pretty solid. So, what do you think it’ll be, Josh?” Wilson said.

Although Josh and Wilson both had a good laugh during their conversation, Wilson’s comment stirred up the basketball community. “She’d lose 11-0 w him only playing w his offhand,” one fan said.
