During tonight’s episode of Emmerdale, Sarah Sugden (played by Katie Hill) offered to join Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) for a car ride as something wasn’t quite right with the latter’s automobile. However, when they started driving down a country lane, Gabby felt woozy and fainted at the wheel.
Still sore from her recent hysterectomy, a desperate Sarah reached over Gabby and managed to bring the vehicle to a stop. With Gabby in a bad way following the cr@sh, the pair headed to the hospital to be checked over by doctors.

However, after doctors gave Gabby the all-clear, she was scolded for her poor diet, as she had not eaten enough food throughout the day. When her fiancé Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) heard what happened, he rushed to the hospital and wrapped his arms around Gabby, pleading: “Never ever do that to me again. When I got a phone call, I thought that…you know…”
Gabby admitted it was her low blood sugar levels which caused her to faint behind the wheel, adding: “It turns out cr@sh dieting can actually make you cr@sh.” Vinny and Gabby then decided to push back their engagement while she recovers.
However, fans watching tonight’s episode are convinced Gabby might actually be carrying Vinny’s child and that her fainting had nothing to do with her diet.
One penned on X: “Ok, so there’s a cr@sh, and then Gabby finds out she’s pregnant. #emmerdale.”

A second added: “So I think Gabby’s pregnant. #Emmerdale.” A third said: “Still gonna call it that Gabby will find out she’s pregnant eventually #Emmerdale.”
Could the villager be expecting another child? How will her friend Sarah feel if this is the case? She’s been desperate to have a child of her own amid her heartbreaking cancer journey.
