She was accused of cheating on her boyfriend Evan Solis with his father Erik.

And the college student has filed reports with local police as well as the FBI.

A screenshot of a message on Snapchat was shared on X.

It claimed that the pair went for dinner after a basketball game and had an affair.

“By now, some of you know my daughter, Mary Kate Cornett, has been the subject of a totally and categorically false, malicious, organized and defamatory cyber attack,” the statement read.

“She has been publicly doxed and our family has been forced to take protective measures to ensure her safety.”

The statement also specifically called out McAfee, Brown and Barstool Sports for allegedly sharing them.

McAfee brought up the rumor on his show this week during an interview with ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter.

ESPN declined to comment to the New York Post.

“If I’m wrong about that I’m happy to see where it was posted and revisit.”

Evan also released a statement on his Instagram page this week slamming the “unbelievable rumors.”

“These past couple of days have been extremely difficult for everyone in my life,” he said.
