JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes’ relationship status confirmed with three-word comment

Danny Beard revealed all as they broke silence on Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa’s growing friendship in the Celebrity Big Brother house. The pair have hit the headlines following their close bond on the ITV show.
Danny finished runner up on the hit reality show behind winner Jack P Shepherd and now Danny has appeared on Lorraine today where talk soon turned to JoJo and Chris after the singer split from her partner Kath Ebbs.
Speaking on the show today, Danny said: “It’s not my place to speak on. As long as they’re happy and as long as no one is being hurt, then good for them. I think it’s purely platonic. They’ve grown a beautiful relationship … Let them have a bit of fun.”

Over the weekend, Kath revealed the shocking news that JoJo had dumped them at the Celebrity Big Brother after party. Kath said in a TikTok video: “Before I could even get back to the hotel I went to the afterparty with, I guess my now ex, crazy thing to say, and was dumped in the party… I flew across the world to support and be there and hold that person in whatever they would be experiencing, leaving such a wild experience, and instead, I was dumped at the afterparty, with Chris in the next room.
“I was told that there are confused feelings there … and that she had realised in the house that I wasn’t the person that [she] wanted to spend the foreseeable future with. Which has honestly been … so shocking, that I feel kind of subhuman right now.

“I feel incredibly humiliated and I feel a bit embarrassed. I was told that I’m the love of someone’s life and being asked to marry them.”
They added: “[JoJo] told me a lot of big things and reassured me ‘til the cows come home, [but] has decided that they don’t want to be with me and they wanna explore independence and explore certain feelings.”

JoJo and Chris’ bond had only seemed to grow in the house and they were seen cuddling on multiple occasions. Following her exit from the house, JoJo said of the Love Island star: “We absolutely love and adore him, he is in my life for forever now. He is more than a friend, he is just such a special guy, I’m so lucky.”
Following the show, Chris hit back at claims about his friendship with JoJo. He said: “Why would I not want to get on with people when I’m in the house and everyone will naturally bond with somebody so if I want to spend time with someone who makes me feel like I’m at home, makes me feel happy, makes me forget that I’m filming at TV show.”
On Late and Live, they chatted about it again when Danny yelled out: “You wanted more Instagram followers,” before host AJ Odudu said: “He’s joking.” Brushing it off, Chris then joked: “I could do with a few more.”
