Alison Hammond planning a year-long break
Earlier this year, when asked if there’s anything she would love to do in the next decade, Alison told Heat World: “In the next 10 years, I want to travel the world. I would love to take a year off and just go and travel.”
However, the broadcaster isn’t to take a break from work anytime soon. She added: “Not just yet, but one day. I need to see the world before I die!”
She added that she was glad to be able to travel with her son for her Florida Unpacked series. Alison said: “In this series, people get to see another beautiful side to Florida. You also get to see my relationship with Aidan.”

Alison’s busy work schedule
The This Morning host is currently one of the busiest women in showbiz.
She hosts This Morning on a Friday, alongside Dermot O’Leary. She’s also the host of The Great British Bake Off, which repeats this weekend (October 25). As well as that, she took over from Paul O’Grady on For The Love Of Dogs.
We say she’s more than earned that break!
