MUSIC DISASTER: ITV Loose Women fans beg ‘Make It Stop’ as show opens

Loose Women viewers pleaded “make it stop” as the latest episode launched with a musical performance from the panellists.
Thursday’s edition (October 9) of the ITV programme featured a special tribute to music and its contribution to wellbeing, commemorating World Mental Health Day on October 10.
The show commenced with Coleen Nolan, Brenda Edwards, and Kelle Bryan delivering a version of Simply the Best.
Former Strictly star Oti Mabuse performed choreography in front of them, whilst Myleene Klass offered musical support.
Coleen explained to audiences: “World Mental Health Day tomorrow is all about coming together to talk more openly about life’s ups and downs, something we’ve always done here on Loose Women, and today for the first time we’re not only speaking from the heart, we’re singing from the heart too.”, reports Belfast Live.

However, many fans were left unimpressed by the musical introduction, sharing reactions on X (formerly Twitter) claiming it was causing them to “cringe”.
“Music definitely won’t be boosting my mood over the next hour,” one fan remarked.
Another begged: “Omg. Make it stop.”
“What is this??” questioned another bewildered viewer.
“Ha ha ha haaa haaa haaaa haaaa,” mocked another, as someone else declared: “Good grief.”
“Just come back into the room, but what is this?” one viewer asked on the platform, whilst another branded it a “cringefest”.

Nevertheless, others loved it, saying how much they enjoyed the opening number and additional performances throughout the programme.
“Music is essential medicine,” one fan commented on X, while another expressed their enjoyment of Kelle’s performance on the Loose Women stage.
“Hey, Loose Women, that was incredible stuff,” another viewer chimed in.
“Love @KlassMyleene talent, love musicians’ keyboards and drums,” they added.
