In the story, Nico Olvia is obsessed with finding out the details about the Void Century. Not only that, Nico Olvia has silver-white hair and brown skin just like the Lunarians. The only thing missing are the wings on the back.

These speculations about Olvia being a Lunarian get more solid after looking at her wanted poster, which features fire in the back just like the Lunarians in One Piece. All of these hints point out that Olvia and Nico Robin both are part Lunarians, and that is why they are so interested in the history of the world in One Piece because they want to find out what happened to their race.
