Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Neil Jones has shared the heartbreaking news of his father’s passing.

On Thursday (November 13), he took to Instagram to share a series of black and white photos of his dad, alongside a heartfelt message: “Yesterday I said goodbye to my Dad for the final time.”
He continued: “I thought I knew my dad but yesterday I realised I didn’t after hearing so many lovely and funny stories from family and his closest friends, I know he would be smiling looking down with a pint in his hand.

“Thank you Wendy and everyone for making it such a special day. RIP DAD.”
Following his announcement, Neil received an outpouring of support from fans and his Strictly co-stars, reports Wales Online.

Dianne Buswell, fellow professional dancer, wrote: “Jonsey sending you so much love” accompanied by a red heart emoji.
Ellie Leach, former Strictly contestant, sent her condolences saying: “Sending lots of love Neil” also with a red heart emoji.
Strictly judge Motsi Mabuse expressed her sympathy writing: “Sending all my love”, while fellow dancer Amy Dowden added: “Love you my friend.”

Just last month, Neil and his fiancée Chyna Mills were celebrating their daughter Havana’s second birthday.
Chyna, a former Love Island star, shared a compilation video of precious family moments with Neil and their little girl, captioned: “In the blink of an eye… my baby is two.”

Accompanying the post, Chyna penned: “HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY HAVANA. Two years of laughter, sweet kisses, bedtime stories and little hands wrapped around mine.
