Coronation Street SHATTERS Expectations As Todd’s Journey Gets A TEARJERKER Pregnancy Reveal That Could Change The Cobble’s Future FOREVER
Coronation Street has revealed a surprise pregnancy as Todd Grimshaw and Theo Silverton’s storyline continues.
The pair have struck up a connection following Theo’s arrival in Weatherfield back in March, though romance hasn’t been so simple due to Theo’s personal circumstances, which has seen him live a life in the closet.
Despite gradually growing closer, Theo in particular has been reluctant to openly present his relationship, with the arrival of his estranged wife Danielle and daughter Millie causing even more drama.
After his marriage crumbled, Theo slowly became more comfortable with Todd, though the couple got a shock earlier this week as Millie arrived at the Grimshaw household. Despite being urged to return home by Theo, Millie begged the pair to let her stay.

In scenes set to air on Monday (9 June), Theo swiftly heads to an enraged Danielle to discuss the surprising development, leaving an annoyed Todd to take care of Millie in his own family home.
As the clock ticks by, Todd overhears Millie having a phone call, with Millie accusing him of “eavesdropping”. He promptly replies that she’s in his house, adding that something is “clearly wrong” given the nature of her call.
After pleading with Todd to keep any information hidden from her parents, a worried Millie shares that she is pregnant, leaving Todd stunned. Will he keep the matter a secret, and what does this mean for his relationship with Theo?
The developments come amid a tumultuous period for Todd, whose mother Eileen recently left the cobbled streets of Weatherfield for the sandy pastures of Thailand along with his brother, Jason.
Eileen’s departure, which also saw her relationship with George Shuttleworth come to an end, marked the final appearance of Sue Cleaver’s 25-year stint on the ITV soap, with the actor previously explaining that she “wanted to do something new”.
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
