SH0CKING: Katie Price makes BLUNT STATEMENT about British TV star she claims πππ₯ππ her, leaving crowd STUNNED
Katie Price has publicly named the British TV star she claims ππ’π±π¦π₯ her more than 20 years ago β shocking fans during a live stage appearance. The former glamour model, 47, made the revelation during An Evening with Katie Price and Kerry Katona on Tuesday night, where she identified the man she says s3xually assaulted her in her early years of fame. According to The Sun, gasps rippled through the audience as Katie finally said the name of her alleged attacker, ending decades of speculation.
The mother-of-five had previously vowed never to reveal his identity, but after years of reflection and encouragement from the MeToo movement, she decided it was time. A source told The Sun: βKatie thinks she has nothing to lose. After all the me-too stuff she thinks if other people have revealed their s3x attackers, why canβt I?β Katie first spoke publicly about the alleged ππ’π±π¦ in 2009, writing in her OK! Magazine column that she had been assaulted βmore than onceβ when she was younger.
The revelation came as she hit back at claims her then-partner, Alex Reid, had appeared in a film that glorified ππ’π±π¦.
She wrote at the time: βππ’π±π¦ is a subject very close to my own heart. I was raped when I was younger, more than once. Iβd never be associated with anything or anyone so sick.
“Iβve never talked about this before, but I feel I have to now because I was so hurt by these accusations that I would not take a subject, which affects so many women, seriously.β
She added a message to others affected by s3xual violence: βI urge any woman who has been affected by ππ’π±π¦ and needs help to talk to somebody they trust about it.β
Katie has spoken in the past about the lasting trauma caused by multiple s3xual assaults, revealing in 2022 that she was ππ’π±π¦π₯ again during a terrifying carjacking in South Africa while filming her ITV show My Crazy Life.
She told The Daily Mail: βWe had no security. If we had security they would have been able to deal with the six guys that jumped us, held me at gunpoint and ππ’π±π¦π₯ me.β
Katie was thrown out of the vehicle by the attackers, who stole laptops, iPads, passports, cash and jewellery β but the robbers left behind a fortune in camera gear which the crew had stored on board. The attackers were never apprehended.
She later detailed how the ordeal triggered severe PTSD, depression, and a mental breakdown, leading to a suicide attempt and repeated stays at The Priory for trauma therapy.
βI hit severe depression a couple of years ago,β she said. βI was suicidal, didnβt want to be here. I tried to kill myself.β
Through therapy, Katie says sheβs now learning to cope with her past. βI have had my eyes opened about a lot,β she explained.
βThereβs a stigma that if you go in The Priory youβre a wrong βun, but thatβs not true. I think people who go in there are brave because they are facing their demons.β
