Prince Harry warned he ‘should be very worried’ amid latest blow over US visa
Harry could be in more trouble…
Prince Harry has reportedly been issued a dire warning amid his ongoing US visa controversy and ‘feud’ with Donald Trump.
The Duke of Sussex’s visa has been subject to much discussion ever since he admitted to drug use in his 2023 autobiography, Spare.

Latest on Prince Harry visa controversy
Over the last couple of years, US President Donald Trump has been making a lot of noise about how he won’t hesitate to have Harry face consequences if it turns out that he’s lied on his visa about his past drug use.
In his book, Spare, Prince Harry openly discussed taking drugs in the past – including marijuana, cocaine, and magic mushrooms.
However, earlier this month, Trump revealed that he won’t in fact deport Harry following many rumours he could do so.
“I don’t want to do that. I’ll leave him alone. He’s got enough problems with his wife. She’s terrible,” he told the New York Post.
Twisting the knife even further, he then added: “I think William is a great young man. I think poor Harry is being led around by the nose.”
However, despite the president seemingly losing interest in deporting the duke, Harry has been issued a warning.

Prince Harry issued warning amid Trump promise to ‘leave him alone’
Initially, Judge Carl Nichols had ruled that details of Harry’s visa be kept secret. However, it’s now emerged that he has ordered details of a secret ‘in camera’ meeting last summer between himself and lawyers for the Department of Homeland Security to be turned over to The Heritage Foundation.
The Heritage Foundation is the think tank that has been fighting for the DHS to make details of Harry’s visa public.
The word in Washington is he should be very worried indeed.
Despite claiming he’ll leave Harry alone, a source has claimed that the president will back prosecution if it emerges that Harry did in fact lie about his drug use on his visa.
Speaking to the Mail On Sunday, a source claimed: “President Trump has said he won’t deport Harry but there is no doubt he would support a prosecution.”

Duke of Sussex is ‘far from off the hook’ with the president
“What is interesting… is the judge admitted holding a secret meeting with lawyers for the government without telling lawyers representing Heritage. That is highly unusual, if not unprecedented. It’s highly pertinent the judge has admitted Heritage has a right to see the non-public documents,” they then added.
The source added that Harry is “far from off the hook” with the president.
What Prince Harry said in his tell-all memoir Spare
Prince Harry released his tell-all memoir Spare in 2023 and it included many, many accusations and revelations about his life.
From admitting to past drug use to allegations of a physical fight with brother Prince William, Harry certainly didn’t hold back…
Prince Harry on his past drug use in memoir Spare
In the book, Harry opened up about his past drug use – something which has sparked controversy with his US visa. It’s being looked into whether Harry disclosed his past drug use in his visa application to get into the US.
Reports claim he could face consequences if he lied on the application. Even US President Donald Trump has weighed in, but insisted he wouldn’t ‘deport’ Harry.
He said in February 2025: “I don’t want to do that. I’ll leave him alone. He’s got enough problems with his wife. She’s terrible.”
Ouch.
Other allegations the Duke of Sussex made in Spare
Meanwhile, in the book, Harry detailed an alleged altercation with his older brother Prince William. He claimed William attacked him in a disagreement about his wife Meghan Markle.
Harry wrote: “[William] set down [a glass of] water, called me another name, then came at me. It all happened so fast. So very fast.
“He grabbed me by the collar, ripping my necklace, and he knocked me to the floor.
“I landed on the dog’s bowl, which cracked under my back, the pieces cutting into me. I lay there for a moment, dazed, then got to my feet and told him to get out.”
Harry’s attack on Queen Camilla in his book
Elsewhere, Harry also had some harsh words about his relationship with his father King Charles’ wife Queen Camilla.
He wrote: “I have complex feelings about gaining a step-parent who I thought had recently sacrificed me on her personal PR altar.”
It’s safe to say Harry’s confessions and claims in Spare haven’t helped him mend his relationship with his family.
“The word in Washington is he should be very worried indeed. There is no love lost between the Sussexes and President Trump,” they then added.
