A STUNNING detail has been uncovered about Taylor Swift’s relationship with NFL star Travis Kelce.

The 14-time Grammy winner has publicly been an item with Travis Kelce since September of 2023, but new info has been revealed over when they actually began their romance.

Kelce and Swift confirmed their relationship to the world when the singer appeared at a Kansas City Chiefs game at Arrowhead Stadium in the first month of the 2023 NFL season.

However, per Kelce’s next-door neighbor in the exclusive gated community of Leawood, Kansas City, Wes Bermann, the star couple dated long before that.

“He’s an enigma – on one hand, he’s like this big, tough football player,” Bermann said on the RHAP podcast with Michele Fitzgerald and Kellie Naldbandian last month.

“On the other, he’s going to have about 12 Taylor Swift songs written about him.

“Okay and on that note, I was like the first person to know about any of this stuff.

“And I tried to tell this women (Fitzgerald) a long time ago “they are together, just so you know” and she didn’t believe it!

“She didn’t believe it, she was like “she only goes for artists”. I beat the validating of her showing up to games and stuff by six months.”

During the summer of 2023, Kelce revealed on his New Heights podcast that he got to see Swift perform in Kansas City and wanted to give her his number after the concert.

However, Kelce shared that he found out at the show that he wouldn’t meet her.

During that December, Swift told TIME magazine about how she first met Kelce.

“This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell,” she shared in the interview.

“We started hanging out right after that.”

Swift attended numerous Chiefs games in the 2023 season, including their Super Bowl win.

Kelce would return the favor, appearing at multiple of her iconic Eras Tour concerts.

‘Well-talked-about personal life’

Travis Kelce was asked about his relationship with Taylor Swift during an interview with Good Morning America.

But the Kansas City Chiefs tight end gave a cagey response.

“When you have good family and friends around you, it makes that aspect of life that much easier,” Kelce told GMA.

“I’ve always been a very grounded guy. It might not come off that way when I’m playing football.

“But off the field, I just want to be a genuine person. I try not to get too far down the road.

“Because you never know what opportunities are going to present themselves.”

However, the two have been hit with challenges recently.

Swift appeared at Kelce’s disaster of a Super Bowl loss to the Philadelphia Eagles last month.

And she was booed by fans at the big game.

Kelce considered retirement from the NFL after having the worst statistical season of his career in 2024.

But last week, he confirmed that he would not hang up his cleats.

Nonetheless, Kelce and Swift have kept a low profile recently, as they reportedly enjoyed a private vacation together.
