The island, which is located in Miami, Florida, has been home to multiple A-list celebrities, including chat show host Oprah Winfrey. Edoardo, who is married to the oldest daughter of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and Sarah Ferguson, posted some snaps from his visit on Instagram yesterday.

However, it remains unclear whether Edoardo stayed on the island or if it was just a work related trip for his company Banda, which focuses on property development, the Express reports. The dad-of-two, who welcomed his second daughter Athena with Beatrice in January 2025, has been spending some time travelling between the UK and the US, having also recently made a trip to Los Angeles.

His latest trip comes just weeks after his disgraced father-in-law, the former Duke of York, was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office. Andrew, who was arrested on February 19, the same day as his 66th birthday, was later released under investigation that same day.

Beatrice and her younger sister, Princess Eugenie, have been forced to deal with their parent’s huge fall from grace due to their ties to the late convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. The York sisters have reportedly been struggling with the scandal and Beatrice is thought to have only visited her father once since his arrest last month.

As reported by RadarOnline, one source revealed that Beatrice and Eugenie are both handling the situation with their parents differently.

They said: “Beatrice has always had a fiercely loyal streak, especially when it comes to her father.

“Her instinct is to stand by Andrew and show solidarity, regardless of the public backlash…”

Speaking of Eugenie, they added: “But Eugenie is taking a more cautious approach.

“Her priority is protecting her husband and children, and preserving the credibility she has built in her own career.”

Eugenie is believed to have been enjoying a half term skiing holiday in Switzerland when her dad was taken into custody.

The 35-year-old was reportedly in the Swiss resort of Gstaad, accompanied by her husband Jack Brooksbank and their their children August, five, and Ernest, who will be three in May, along with a group of friends.

The family’s nanny also reportedly joined them for their snowy retreat.

In the days that followed, she was also spotted buying coffee with her husband Jack Brooksbank in London’s affluent Notting Hill.

Andrew, who was stripped of all his royal titles last October and is now expected to live the rest of his life out in exile, has continued to deny any wrongdoing.
