HEARTBREAKING: Loose Women’s Frankie Bridge ISSUES Devastating HEALTH UPDATE, Leaving Viewers STUNNED

Singer and TV star Frankie Bridge opened up about her depression in an honest Instagram Story.
The 36-year-old, who is currently a panelist on Loose Women, is no stranger to discussing her health. In January, she revealed her doctor had found a benign tumour in her neck.
Meanwhile, in May, the Up hitmaker detailed her battle with gastroenteritis. However, after being hospitalised in 2011 for depression, Frankie admitted she still struggles with the condition.

Frankie Bridge opens up about depression
In an Instagram Story shared yesterday (August 25), Frankie shared a selfie of herself outdoors.
While wearing a crop top and holding a Stanley Cup, she wrote: “Sometimes this is what depression looks like. Sitting on the sofa all day in your pjs.
“Then being so fundamentally fed up of your own shit, you finally find the strength to make it to the gym. Quick shower and back to the sofa and pjs. Better than nothing.”
In a follow-up post, Frankie was captured sitting on a yoga mat with her hands placed on her knees. While keeping her eyes closed, she appeared to be doing a breathing technique.
For this caption, Frankie got even more candid as she revealed how her depression had impacted her that morning.
“Spent a lot of the time psyching myself up and trying to quiet the noise in my head,” she wrote.
“Today it’s telling me I’m a worthless waste of space.”

Frankie’s ‘really bad withdrawal symptoms’
In 2021, Frankie admitted she ran out of antidepressant tablets and explained her “really bad withdrawal symptoms”.
“The only way I can describe it as is you know like that first thing when you’ve had a drink and your eyes feel a bit funny and your head feels a bit like numb, and you feel like you’re in a bit of a dream?” she said.
“I feel really out of it and a bit like I can’t really concentrate on anything.”
She continued: “I’m getting really bad headaches, I’m feeling tired, I’m feeling sick. So just not really feeling myself.”
