The back-to-back Super Bowl winners are looking to make it a historic threepeat of rings in a row.
And they start their quest against their NFL rivals on Saturday at Arrowhead Stadium at 4.30pm ET.
Kelce has had mixed fortunes this season, starting slow before coming into his own as the campaign progressed.
But he has always been a strong leader in the Chiefs locker room, for both the young and veteran players.
During a pre-game speech, he has put out a strong message of what has kept him going throughout his career.
And Kelce has made it clear the AFC West are focused on one thing, a third Super Bowl in a row.
“Playoff football is the most meaningful football that you’ll ever play in your life,” he said.
“I cherish every single play man. I really do.
“When you’re in it, you’re always trying to strive for greatness.
“Being greater than what you are.
“You know obviously there’s a historic run and something that we can achieve that no other team has ever achieved.
“You know that fuels you.”
There has been talk of Kelce retiring at the end of the season.
At 35, he has achieved more than most, including what could be a fourth Super Bowl ring.
