“STRICTLY COMEBACK?”: Dani Dyer Eyes Strictly Comeback Next Year — But There’s One Shocking Condition She Insists On.k

EXCLUSIVE: Dani Dyer has left the door open for a Strictly comeback, but under one strict condition

Dani Dyer is already eyeing up a sensational return to Strictly Come Dancing — but only under one condition. The Love Island winner was left devastated when she fractured her ankle in rehearsals and had to pull out of the 2025 series before the first live show. Amber Davies was drafted in as her replacement, sparking controversy over her stage background, while her professional dance partner, Nikita Kuzmin, was left without the partner he had been training with for weeks.

Now, an insider has told us Dani is determined to put things right next year — but only on her terms, as friends say it will only happen if she’s reunited with Nikita. Our source said: “Dani’s heart is still on that dancefloor. She was gutted to go out before she even had the chance to show what she could do. But the one thing she’s made clear is that she’ll only go back if Nikita is her partner again.

“They had such a good bond and she doesn’t want to do it with anyone else.” The insider added: “She’s been telling friends she feels like she’s got unfinished business. For her, it’s Nikita or nothing.”

Nikita has also spoken of his disappointment, saying it “breaks my heart” that their journey ended before it had begun. Their close bond during training has fuelled speculation the BBC could reunite them if Dani is offered a place in the 2026 line-up.

Dani has opened up herself about the impact of her exit on Live and Let Dyers, the podcast she co-hosts with dad Danny Dyer.

She admitted: “The doctor said to me, if I continue dancing on this foot, it’s not going to heal, it’s going to get worse and worse and worse.”

She confessed she had been living her dream before the accident: “It was the best time of my life.

“I was so excited, happy, loving the photoshoots, the process, and of course dancing with Nikita.”

The 28-year-old also revealed the injury took a toll on her mental health. “Everyone around me was pure devastation, and that’s why I couldn’t leave the house, because I knew if someone said to me ‘are you okay Dani’ I’d just cry,” she said.

Danny rallied behind her with typically blunt advice: “What you’ve got to do is, which you have, is pull up them big girl knickers, and we f*****g get on with it, because up to this point it’s been an incredible year.”

Danny even revealed he considered stepping in as her replacement.

Dani herself hasn’t closed the door, telling listeners: “I would love to come back. My door is open.” But with sources insisting it will be “Nikita or nothing,” the ball is now in the BBC’s court.

Thomas Skinner Heartbreaking Message to Amy: “You Deserve the Whole World”

Strictly's Amy Dowden left in tears on BBC show seconds after Tom Skinner elimination | Chronicle Live

It was the message that broke hearts across Britain.
After becoming the first couple to leave Strictly Come Dancing, Tom took to social media with a tearful tribute to his dance partner Amy Dowden — a woman he now calls “one of the most beautiful souls I’ve ever met.”
His words weren’t just kind — they were raw, full of regret, and carried the weight of an unfinished story.

In a message that left fans in tears, Tom wrote:

“Amy Dowden is one of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met. I loved every second dancing with her. She’s an incredible person — inside and out.

She didn’t deserve to be the first to go. I’m so sorry for her because I know how much this show means to her. Please, Amy, keep shining. I’m sorry our Strictly journey was so short, but keep shining, girl. You deserve the whole world.”

Though the music ended too soon for their Strictly journey, their connection continues to touch millions.
    A production insider shared:

“They clicked instantly. Even during rehearsals, there was laughter, encouragement, and so much mutual respect. Everyone backstage was heartbroken when they were voted out.”

🌟 “The Journey Was Short — But the Light Remains”

And perhaps that’s what made everyone cry — because, after all she’s endured, Amy really does.

Strictly Come Dancing sparked fury from fans online after it debuted a brand-new format for the highly anticipated results show. On Sunday night (October 5), viewers up and down the country tuned in for the second instalment of the dance competition as they eagerly awaited to see which couple would be voted out of the competition. Last year, the professional dancers opened the show with a group dance before delivering half of the results.

Before the final round of the cast results, Claudia hosted the judges’ critiques and the musical act before closing the show with the dreaded dance-off and eliminating one couple from the competition. But this year, producers shook up the format, instead opening the show with a reflection of last night’s show, pushing the group dance to halfway through the show, and splitting up the results segment into three sections instead of two.

It didn’t take long before viewers flooded to X – formerly known as Twitter – to voice their frustrations online, as one fumed: “Nqw they don’t announce the first bottom two couple at the start? Can they stop changing the format please, I don’t like it.”

Another agreed: “I hate the new results show format, it’s so weird I preferred it before” as a third chimed in with: “Dear Strictly producers. The new Results show format is terrible – please change it back as a matter of urgency. By next week at the latest – ideally partway through this show.”

A fourth chimed in: “The new results format made me feel like I just watched it on 1.5x speed.” A fifth pointed out, “I don’t like the new format where the last four couples discover if they’re in the dance off.”

It comes after Thomas Skinner and Amy Dowden became the first couple to be eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing after the dreaded dance-off against Chris Robsha and Nadiya Bychkova. After both couples danced their hearts out, all four judges voted to save Chris and Nadiya when they delivered their final verdicts, ultimately bidding farewell to the entrepreneur.

Before their farewell performance, Thomas took the time to shower his dance partner with praise. He gushed: “I’ve loved it. I’ve never danced before, and my stay was short, but Amy’s amazing. It’s been great fun and I’ve enjoyed it. I can’t really dance that well, but I’ve had fun! Thank you, Amy – sorry that we haven’t done too good ’cause you’re a different class.”

As the dramatic scenes hit the airwaves, viewers flocked to X – formerly known as Twitter – to share their thoughts on his elimination online. One user penned: “Thomas Skinner voted out!” as another agreed: “SO glad Thomas has gone, but I’m gutted for Amy, she deserves 10 times better!”

A third chimed in with: “The first celebrity couple out of Strictly 2025 are… Thomas and Amy. Amy we’re so, so sorry for what you’ve had to put up with.” A fourth echoed: “Thank God Thomas has gone. BOSH.”

BREAKING: GMB’s Narinder Kaur ISSUES STATEMENT in support of Gary Neville after 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘬 by ‘Middle-Aged White Men’

Chương trình truyền hình 'Good Morning Britain', London, Vương quốc Anh - 25 tháng 4 năm 2023

Good Morning Britain presenter Narinder Kaur has shown her support for Gary Neville after he blamed “middle-aged white men” for dividing Britain in the wake of the Manchester synagogue attack. Today (October 5), the former England football star claimed the UK public is “being turned on each other” in a video posted on social media.

Hours later, the TV presenter took to X – formerly known as Twitter – to shut down trolls who had been sending the sportsman hate online. She wrote: “Seeing some absolutely diabolical twisted takes on this Gary Neville video. Are you all actually listening to what he’s saying?!?!

    Gary Neville

“He isn’t blaming the flag sh*****s for the dreadful synagogue attack? He criticised people fuelling division after the attack. He didn’t say those people carried it out.

“He didn’t ‘blame white men’ for terrorism. But blamed them (rightly) for causing division. He adds how he is proud of England and what this country is. Have I missed something?” The broadcaster’s followers soon showed their support for Gary’s brave clip, with one user writing: “These people with those twisted takes are exactly the people who Gary Neville is referring to.

“Manchester, where he’s from, is a proud multicultural city of many faiths that live side-by-side. A bit like my city too and many others. It’s not about waving flags to show superiority. Spot on.”

Another agreed: “Gary is absolutely correct. There are dark forces emboldened by the far right and Reform UK, and they are using patriotism as a weapon to incite fear and division in communities.” The ex-manager turned pundit spoke about seeing flags in the city and highlighted Manchester’s Jewish community.

Admitting he “instantly” took down a Union flag, the Labour supporter said: “I was driving to Salford City, going down Littleton Road, seeing probably 50 to 60 Union Jack flags. Then on the way back, I went down the parallel road, which is on Bury New Road, which has got the Jewish community right at its heart, and they’re out on the streets, defiant, not hiding or in fear.

“I just kept thinking as I was driving home last night that we’re all being turned on each other, and the division that’s being created is absolutely disgusting. Mainly created by angry middle-aged white men who know exactly what they’re doing.”

Mr Neville, who is now involved in property development, said: “Funnily enough, on one of my development sites last week, there was a Union Jack flag put up and I took it down instantly.

“Some people might be watching this and thinking: ‘Gary, you’re not really patriotic’. I’ve played for my country 85 times, I love my country, I love Manchester, and I love England, but I’ve been building in this city for 15-20 years, and there’s no one put a Union Jack flag up in the last 15-20 years, so why do you need to put one up now?

“Because quite clearly it’s sending a message to everybody that there is something you don’t like. The Union Jack flag used in a negative fashion is not right, and I’m a proud supporter of England, of Great Britain, of our country, and will champion it anywhere in the world as one of the greatest places to live.

Cờ Liên hiệp Vương quốc Anh Manchester

“But I think we need to check ourselves, check ourselves and start to think about bringing ourselves back to a neutral point because we’re being pulled right and left and we don’t need to be pulled right and left at all.”

The sportsman blamed Brexit for dividing the country, arguing: “Brexit has had a devastating effect on this country and the messaging is getting dangerous, extremely dangerous.

“All these idiots that are out there spreading hate speech in any form and abuse in any form, we must stop promoting them. We must stop elevating our voices towards them, and it needs to stop now and get back to a country of love, of peace, of harmony, and become a team again.”

BBC Viewers Explode In Anger As Amanda Holden’s New Quiz Show Branded ‘Utter Drivel’ And ‘Truly Appalling’

Amanda Holden’s latest project on the BBC has been met with a rather underwhelming reaction to put it lightly, with some viewers branding it “appalling”, “weak”, and “utter drivel”.

Celebrity Inner Circle, a new quiz show fronted by Ms Holden, premiered on Saturday night on the channel, landing a prime-time spot before Strictly Come Dancing.

Initially billed by BBC bosses as an “innovative and exciting new quiz show”, the programme saw Ms Holden pair budding quizzers up with a handful of celebrity partners.

Together, each contestant was given a mystery sum of cash ranging from zero to £5,000. However, they weren’t required to reveal how much they were holding to their fellow competitors.

What followed was a series of quizzes and challenges where each contestant, guided by their celeb, had to use their knowledge while also figuring out which of their competitors was most trustworthy.

That’s because at the end of the show, once just two players remain, they are asked whether they’d like to “split or shaft” however much money they’ve been concealing during the show.

If the quizzers decide to “split”, they share 50-50 all the money between them. If one “shafts” the other after they’ve opted to “split”, the shafter pockets the lot. If they both “shaft”, each player goes home empty-handed.

Inevitably, parallels with former quiz shows were drawn by several viewers at home, with The Weakest Link and Goldenballs two programmes that many felt had inspired Ms Holden’s latest show.

However, it’s safe to say many don’t foresee Celebrity Inner Circle replicating the longevity of either of those two programmes.

Taking to X to express their dismay, one viewer fumed: “@BBC, what have we done to deserve this absolutely appalling #celebrityinnercircle? License fee payers deserve better!”

“This is truly appalling. #innercircle #celebrityinnercircle #thecelebrityinnercircle,” a second added before a third simply put: “What an awful quiz #innercircle is. #bbc. Utter drivel.”

Elsewhere, a fourth hit out: “#Innercircle what a load of absolute s***. BBC you are totally wrong here, it will not get a second series …..please.”

    BBC Inner Circle: Amanda Holden

A fifth was slightly more sympathetic: “I’m always open to a new quiz, but this is a poor showing from the #BBC. The rules are not clear, and from start to finish, it is too confusing and chaotic. Won’t be watching again. #celebrityinnercircle.”

“This is a weak BBC2 daytime TV quiz #TheCelebrityInnerCircle. And I’m being generous there. #innercircle #bbc,” a sixth echoed.

While another weighed in: “I love Amanda (her programme with Alan Carr & Thoroughly Modern Millie), but I don’t see a season 2 of this. Utter load of rubbish. #celebrityinnercircle.”

Among the naysayers were one or two who did enjoy the new quiz show, however. “#InnerCircle quiz game was good this eve, on BBC would make a great board game, which is probably the intention,” one X user argued.

Ms Holden may want to stay off social media following the first episode’s premiere, especially as she said prior to the show’s broadcast: “I’m so excited to be part of this thrilling new quiz that challenges contestants and entertains viewers in equal measure.

“It’s a fantastic opportunity to bring something fresh and fabulous to weekday afternoons and Saturday night TV, and I can’t wait to see the audience reactions,” she told the Beeb.

Speaking to Metro ahead of its launch, Ms Holden also delved into what made her agree to take on the presenting gig.

“I made it up as I went along. That’s the thing that really sold it to me, because I felt like I could be funny and sassy – or try to be funny,” she said.

“There were no rules. I didn’t feel stuck in a box or nervous or worried because they trusted me to let loose. They said they wanted somebody slightly dangerous, so they got me.”

Addressing the comparisons with other quiz shows that were inevitably drawn, she said: “I love Anne Robinson, but I think I’m mainly just me.

“I’ve spent years working with Ant and Dec, who make everything look easy, and that is a gift, and that has taken years and years of experience.

“Observing people like that and seeing how professional and quick they are, but also friendly and affable and professional, I’ve learnt from people like that. But I definitely will say I have my own style, because I’m quite off the cuff most of the time.”

Strictly Come Dancing professional Amy Dowden made a heartbreaking confession as she became part of the first couple to be eliminated from the BBC dance competition this year, alongside her celebrity partner Thomas Skinner. The pair danced off against Chris Robshaw and Nadiya Bychkova and were unanimously eliminated by the judges, all of whom voted to save Chris and Nadiya.

The judges’ scores were added to those from the first live show last week – which didn’t include a public vote element – and combined with this week’s public voting to decide the lowest scores. During the dance-off, Thomas and Amy had to perform their Salsa to Dizzee Rascal’s Bonkers, while Chris and Nadiya performed a Viennese Waltz to Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars’ duet Die With a Smile.

But when the couple spoke to presenter Tess Daly after the dance-off, Amy made a heartbreaking admission.

She said: “I’ve got to know the real Tom, and he is adorable. He’s looked after me. We’ve laughed so much. We’ve worked so hard and a glitterball would have been amazing but what I’ve learnt in the last few years is happiness, health and being alive is more important than anything. I’ve made a new friend for life and I wouldn’t change a thing.

“There is a Ballroom boy in there so I’m a bit gutted he didn’t get to do the Ballroom, but the last three years as you know have been quite difficult for me.

Tom, meanwhile, said: “I’ve loved it. I’ve never danced before and my stay was short, but Amy’s amazing. It’s been great fun and I’ve enjoyed it. I can’t really dance that well but I’ve had fun!

  • Revealed: Why Queen Elizabeth Erased Meghan Markle From Her Will — Broken Trust, Bitter Betrayals, and a Final Royal Snub

Revealed: Why Queen Elizabeth Erased Meghan Markle From Her Will — Broken Trust, Bitter Betrayals, and a Final Royal Snub

    Queen Elizabeth, Meghan Markle

By Royal Correspondent | London Bureau

The cracks that began with a private phone call may have ended in a royal erasure.
Months after Queen Elizabeth II’s passing, palace insiders now claim the late monarch’s will — long sealed under strict royal protocol — carried a quiet but seismic message: Meghan Markle’s name was never mentioned.

And to those who knew the Queen best, that silence spoke volumes.

According to multiple palace aides and former courtiers, Elizabeth’s decision to exclude the Duchess of Sussex was not driven by spite, but by “deep disappointment and broken trust” following years of what she reportedly described as “needless public hurt.”

    Meghan Markle, Queen Elizabeth

💔 The Moment That Shattered the Bond

Sources trace the beginning of that breakdown to the months leading up to Meghan’s wedding to Prince Harry in 2018. As Meghan’s father, Thomas Markle, became entangled in a string of tabloid scandals, the Queen personally intervened — urging Meghan to “mend the rift before it poisons the family.”

A private conference call was arranged, involving then-Prince Charles, Queen Elizabeth, and the couple.
Both senior royals, according to Tom Bower’s 2022 book, implored Meghan to fly to America and reconcile with her father.

But Meghan reportedly rejected the plea outright, calling it “completely unrealistic.”
Her response — explaining she could not travel “discreetly” to Mexico without causing “media chaos” — left the Queen “perplexed” and “quietly dismayed.”

As one royal insider now puts it:

“That was the moment Her Majesty realised Meghan would always put her own judgment before the family’s. The Queen admired independence — but never defiance.”

    👑 From Disappointment to Distance

Over the years that followed, the Queen’s private hopes for reconciliation faded. Meghan and Harry’s departure from royal life in 2020 — dubbed ‘Megxit’ by the press — reportedly sealed that emotional distance.

Behind palace walls, aides say the Queen remained outwardly diplomatic, maintaining public affection for the Sussexes. But privately, there was pain.

“She was hurt,” one senior source told The London Gazette. “Not because Meghan left — but because of how she left. The interviews, the accusations, the suggestion that the institution she’d served her whole life was cruel — those were daggers to the heart.”

Harry wrote in Spare that Thomas Markle's pride was "constantly wounded"

📜 The Will That Spoke in Silence

When Queen Elizabeth passed in 2022, her personal will was locked away, as per royal tradition, expected to remain sealed for 90 years. But whispers from within Buckingham Palace suggest what it didn’t say was far louder than what it did.

Catherine, the Princess of Wales, is believed to have inherited several personal heirlooms and select jewellery pieces from the Queen’s private collection. Meghan Markle, however, was reportedly not mentioned at all — not even symbolically.

A palace insider described it bluntly:

“There was nothing malicious in it — but there was meaning. The Queen’s decisions were deliberate. Her silence was her message.”

⚡ Royal Shockwaves: The Public Reacts

The revelation has ignited a storm across social media and the British press.
Within hours of leaks surfacing, hashtags like #QueensFinalWish, #MeghanLeftOut, and #RoyalSnub began trending worldwide.

Supporters of the late Queen have praised her “final act of wisdom,” calling it “the ultimate preservation of dignity.”

“Elizabeth was always subtle — she didn’t need to speak to make her point,” one user wrote on X. “Leaving Meghan out says it all.”

Others, however, see the move as vindictive and out of step with the modern monarchy.

“It’s sad that even in death, old wounds aren’t healed,” another commenter argued. “The Queen should have chosen reconciliation over resentment.”

Across American media, headlines framed the story as a symbol of the monarchy’s deep generational divide — between tradition and modernity, duty and individualism.

🧊 Inside the Palace: “A Cold Peace” Between Families

For King Charles, the reports reopen uncomfortable questions about his own relationship with his son and daughter-in-law. Palace aides privately describe the atmosphere between the Sussexes and the rest of the family as one of “polite distance — a cold peace at best.”

A former royal adviser told The Sunday Review:

“Charles is torn. He understands his mother’s reasoning, but he also knows this revelation will hurt Harry deeply. The Queen acted from conviction — now Charles must live with the consequences.”

🔍 The Bigger Picture: Legacy, Loyalty, and Lessons

Royal historians argue that the Queen’s decision — if true — represents more than a personal judgment. It reflects her belief that loyalty to the Crown was the glue holding Britain’s constitutional monarchy together, and that those who walked away could not expect to share equally in its legacy.

Dr. Helena Waring, an expert on royal communications, explains:

“Elizabeth II ruled not just by power, but by symbolism. Her will is not a punishment — it’s a statement about continuity. Catherine represents the future of the monarchy. Meghan represents a chapter closed.”

🕊️ Final Word: The Queen’s Last Message

In life, Queen Elizabeth rarely spoke of private matters. In death, her silence speaks louder than ever.

By leaving Meghan Markle unnamed in her will, the late monarch may have drawn one final — and irreversible — line in the royal sand.

For Meghan, it’s a painful reminder that forgiveness, once lost, is rarely regained in Windsor.
For Catherine, it’s an unspoken coronation of trust — and a weighty inheritance of legacy, love, and expectation.

“The Queen didn’t seek revenge,” said one long-time aide. “She sought order. And in her final act, she restored it.”

ITV viewers were left fuming as a Beat the Chasers contestant was “robbed” after narrowly missing out on a £75,000 prize by just one second.

The seventh series of the popular ITV quiz show returned to our screens last night (October 5).

As usual, new contestants faced off against the formidable chasers: Mark Labbett, Shaun Wallace, Anne Hegerty, Paul Sinha, Jenny Ryan, and Darragh Ennis, all competing for a cash prize.

The show got off to a somewhat shaky start, with Jemima starting strong and pocketing £4,000, but subsequent players, Ceri and Daniel, failed to catch up to the chasers.

Player Sanjay scooped a whopping £60,000 after an impressive round against four chasers, but it was contestant Sam who had everyone talking after a nail-biting showdown, reports Bristol Live.

After a solid cash builder, Sam chose to challenge all five chasers for a staggering £75,000. In a tense face-off, he narrowly missed out on the massive sum by just one second, sparking outrage among viewers.

Some fans felt he was “robbed, as taking to X, formerly Twitter, one fan said: ” with one viewer taking to X, formerly Twitter, to say: “#BeatTheChasers doesn’t often get that close.”

Another simply posted: “Robbed.” A third commented: “Absolutely gutted!”

A fourth added: “Poor Sam. Lost by one second.”

Viewers were fuming when Sam was given the wrong answer for saying Chanel, with one person writing: “He said Coco Chanel! Out of order.”

Another added: “You have to give Chanel, what!”

A third said, “How did he not get Chanel? !” A fourth replied: “That was outrageous! Chanel Coco Chanel wtf.” (sic).

One person said, “Why was Jenny allowed *JFK* instead of *Kennedy* if Coco Chanel was not allowed?”

Earlier in the programme, one chaser faced criticism from viewers just minutes into the show.

Jemima was first to tackle the quiz legends, and following a solid beginning, she chose to take on Paul Sinha and Shaun Wallace for £4,000 within 37 seconds.

With an impressive display, she defeated the pair, with fans declaring it a “disaster” for Paul and Shaun, as Shaun tackled a few questions whilst Paul delivered multiple wrong answers.

Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one person wrote: “Catastrophic from the Chasers!”

Another said: “Paul is having a mare.” A third added: “That was a disaster for the Chasers.”

Even chaser Darragh was quick to share a cheeky remark on the show as he told Jemima: “I’d love to say you played well, but you really didn’t have to.”

Beat the Chasers airs Sundays at 8pm on ITV1

HEARTBREAKING CONFESSION: Kate Garraway OPENS UP on Derek Draper Struggles Ahead of Celebrity Traitors… Fans Left in Tears.k

Kate Garraway has made an emotional confession and said that she has done “a lot of crying” since her husband died. Derek Draper died last January, aged 56, and Kate said she hoped to use her time on Celebrity Traitors as an opportunity to have fun. The hit psychological reality series will be hosted once again by Claudia Winkleman, with celebrities battling it out to uncover secret saboteurs in a high-stakes game of lies and loyalty. Kate is one of the many famous faces taking part, and she recently revealed why she decided to sign up to the gripping BBC series.

According to MailOnline, she said: “I’ve been through so many challenges over the last five years, I’ve faced a lot of actual life and death moments, and I’ve done a lot of crying over all that’s happened to our family. It’s all been so serious.”

She added: “So, this feels like a chance to have fun and make a little mischief playing in what I genuinely believe is the best game on TV.”

The lineup also includes Traitors superfan Stephen Fry, Olympian Tom Daley, television host Jonathan Ross, and BBC star Alan Carr. Comedian Joe Wilkinson will also be in the Scottish castle alongside singer Paloma Faith and former England rugby player Joe Marler. Line of Duty star Mark Bonnar is also making an appearance, as well as presenter Clare Balding and singer Cat Burns.

This time, there’s more than just honour on the line: a £100,000 prize fund is up for grabs. The winning Traitors—or Faithfuls, depending on how the game unfolds—will split the cash, which will be donated to charities of their choice, adding a meaningful twist to the cloak-and-dagger competition.

The first episode of the series will air on Wednesday (08.10.25) but the BBC is so confident of its success that it has already reportedly commissioned a second series.

A source told The Sun: “The Celebrity Traitors is landing at the very peak of the format’s popularity, it’s the biggest show on the box, globally, and the cast is exceptional.

“Everyone knows something would have gone incredibly wrong if this didn’t become the TV event of the year. The official message is that a formal recommission depends how well series one does, but in reality it’s all but a done deal.”
