Eamonn Holmes’ scathing marriage confession leaves GB News co-star squirming

Presenter Eamonn Holmes didn’t hold back in a scathing response to co-star Ellie Costello as the pair discussed Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s split

Eamonn Holmes’ brutal marriage talk left his GB News co-star squirming live on air. The Northern Irish presenter, 65, didn’t hold back as he and Ellie Costello, 31, spoke about the splitting of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban.

It comes after Eamonn split from long-term partner Ruth Langsford last year. The former presenting duo had been together for 27 years – 14 of which they were married.

And now, Eamonn delivered his verdict on marriage while on air. Speaking of Nicole and Keith’s demise, the outspoken star hit back at Ellie’s comments. She had said: “I think that’s very sad, they’ve got two children together’.

He then scathed: “‘None of us know [what went on]. The two of them could have despised each other and absolutely wanted to walk away from each other and we think it’s awful.”

Ellie interjected: “Well I think it’s sad when any marriage ends,” before Eamonn responded: “That’s because you’ve just started (your marriage). You haven’t got to the bitter and twisted part yet!”

The news comes as Nicole and Keith’s marriage broke down after 19 years. The duo, who share two kids together, are said to be working through a parenting plan. Court documents show that Nicole and Keith have agreed that the actress will be the primary residential parent.

It also shows she will have their daughters for 306 days of the year, while they will stay with Keith for the other 59 days – on the weekend. As well as this, they will split special occasions.

Eamonn was speaking a year after his own divorce turned bitter. Earlier in the summer it was claimed Eamonn was “pushing back’” on the terms of the divorce’ – as he moves on with girlfriend, Katie Alexander, 43. It was reported Ruth was keen to “get things signed off asap”.

A source told The Sun in July: “Eamonn feels hard done by in the divorce. He’s dragging his feet because Ruth’s got the house and they have a lot of other financials still to sort out between them.”

He has moved on from their relationship, starting a new romance with Katie. She was recently stood by his side on the red carpet of the Icon Awards.

Katie was all smiles for the waiting photographers at the glitzy event and placed a loving hand on his back. Meanwhile the GB News presenter was beaming from ear to ear as he also looked to be in good spirits at the event in east London.

It was the first time the duo had been seen out and about together since it emerged that their “honeymoon” phase was over. It was claimed Eamonn had been spending more time in Belfast with his family without Katie.

EXCLUSIVE: King Charles calls cancer a ‘frightening experience’ – as William prepares to take reins

King Charles was the oldest person to take the throne in British History in 2022 and as he continues to battle cancer, the monarch has spoken of “daunting and frightening” times

With King Charles still undergoing cancer treatment and uncertainty over his long-term health, Prince William’s role as heir apparent has never been more pressing. The King himself has spoken of the “daunting and, at times, frightening experience” faced by cancer patients, a rare personal admission that underlines the gravity of the moment.

“The crown will never have felt closer to the Prince than it does now,” says royal commentator Katie Nicholl. “His father’s illness has been a stark reminder that it’s his turn next, and it may not be too far in the distant future.” Charles, became monarch at 73 in 2022, making him the oldest person in British history to ascend the throne, but was diagnosed with cancer just months later. Although he resumed light duties last year, he was hospitalised again this March after suffering adverse side effects from treatment.

The scare was described as a “minor bump in the road”, but the King’s determination to press on has been clear. Queen Camilla is known to want her husband to ease back on official commitments, but when asked recently if he might take it easier she replied, “Dream on.” Speaking during the couple’s four-day state visit to Italy in April, Camilla added, “He loves his work and it keeps him going.

“I think it’s wonderful, if you’ve been ill and you are recovering, getting better… now he wants to do more and more and more. That’s the problem.” On the last day of the trip, Charles appeared to refer to his own mortality when planting a tree in Rome. “Well, I do hope I shall live long enough to see a little bit of growth in the tree,” he said.

Regardless of his father’s determination to keep going, William’s responsibilities have grown in recent months – with Kate also re-emerging to support her husband at key events.

“William and Kate are at the forefront of the Firm, and have become the monarchy’s biggest asset,” says royal expert Duncan Larcombe. “They have a pivotal role in ensuring continuity and calm, when at times there’s been anything but that behind the scenes.”

In December 2024, William deputised for the King at the reopening of Notre-Dame cathedral in Paris, during which he had a private meeting with US President-elect, Donald Trump to discuss the relationship between the UK and the US.

In April, he attended the funeral of Pope Francis in Rome in place of Charles. Protocol dictates that the sovereign does not attend funerals of foreign religious or political leaders, but William held his own as he joined world politicians and dignitaries for the ceremony, including Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer.

In July, William and Kate welcomed French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte at RAF Northolt ahead of their state visit, before supporting Charles and Camilla at a state banquet at Windsor Castle, overseen by chef Raymond Blanc. William and Kate also played a vital part in President Trump and First Lady Melania’s state visit, and as Katie tells us, “They are very aware of their roles now, and how best to utilise their phenomenal soft power.

“William has mastered that all-important skill of diplomacy, and though he’s visited many politically sensitive areas like the Middle East and Ukraine, he’s never been accused of being overtly political.” Having demonstrated the qualities needed for any king-in-waiting, Katie believes William is more than equipped for what lies ahead. “The aides I’ve spoken to and those who know him best say he is absolutely prepared.

Of course, it’s not a moment he wants to think about. He loves his father and wants him to be around for a long time, but when the time comes, he will be ready.” When that day does finally arrive, William will be keen to dial down the pomp. “I’m trying to do it differently and I’m trying to do it for my generation,” he said while in South Africa last November.

“I’m doing it with maybe a smaller ‘R’ in the royal, if you like, that’s maybe a better way of saying it.” No doubt influenced by his father, his focus as king will be on compassion and the wellbeing of everyone, and he added, “It’s more about impact philanthropy, collaboration, convening, and helping people.

And I’m also going to throw empathy in there as well, because I really care about what I do. It helps impact people’s lives. And I think we could do with some more empathetic leadership around the world.” William’s hopes for a fairer society are perhaps most evident through his Homewards initiative, which seeks to eradicate homelessness in Britain. “I passionately believe that it can, and should, be ended,” he has said.

“I think everyone having a right to a safe and stable home benefits us all.” William has also begun preparing George for his future. The second-in-line turned 12 in July and is becoming more visible at royal events.

“William has the sense to know that the public need to fall in love with George as a youngster. He has to have a presence, and he can’t be kept under lock and key and only introduced when he’s 18. At the same time, William doesn’t want George to have the same level of exposure he and Prince Harry had as kids, so it has to be done very carefully.”

In May, George joined his parents and other senior royals at a Palace tea party for Second World War veterans. Showing a maturity beyond his years, he listened attentively and shook hands politely with guests, including 99-year-old Dougie Hyde, who commented. “I was very impressed with the lad’s interest.” But Duncan believes there will inevitably be tricky conversations between father and son. “How do you explain it to a 12-year-old? William is the only person on the planet who knows how George might be feeling and what it’s like to be in his situation.

“Their closeness will be invaluable as George tries to process the fact he isn’t quite normal. He’s going to be king, he will be front page news all his life – that would be hard for anyone to get their head around, let alone a boy of his age.” But for now, the focus remains on William, and Duncan says, “From what I know of him, I think his desire is to be the ‘People’s King’, like his mother was the ‘People’s Princess’.”

Despite the furore around Diana’s death in 1997, Duncan says popular opinion has changed. “Back then it seemed the royal family was crumbling, and the public were asking, ‘Are we going to put up with these people any more?’ But William and Kate are the future, and I have no doubt they’ll move the monarchy onwards.”

The couple have the highest approval rating of all current royals, and Katie says their reign will be extremely popular. “Look at the way they engage, the causes they champion and the support they receive,” she says. “They’re not aloof or living in an ivory tower, and I think they will be forward-thinking, modern, relatable – and loved.

Dani Dyer has admitted she found the first live Strictly Come Dancing show hard to watch at the weekend. The former Love Island star, 29, had been excited to be a part of the hit BBC contest, but injury forced her to quit in the week running up to the series starting.

Now, while chatting with her dad Danny Dyer on their Live and Let Dyers podcast, the reality TV star admitted she would love to go back next series. “My door is open,” she confessed. “If they want their door to be open then I’ll walk through their door.”

And talking about Amber Davies replacing her, she admitted she feels she will be amazing with Nikita Guzman. “Watching the launch show, they’re all so lovely,” she said before her dad asked how she felt.

“That was really hard,” she confessed. “Obviously seeing them, but obviously Amber’s come in and they’re going to be amazing together.

She added: “Listen, I wish everyone the best, ” before confessing her love for Geordie Shore’s Vicky Pattison. “I’m so glad I met Vicky,” she gushed.

Dani also revealed during the chat that she felt she may have done something wrong in the world after injuring herself. It left her requiring the advice of her therapist for the first time since she met her husband Jarrod Bowen.

“He just put things into perspective for me,” she candidly revealed.

Speaking of how the injury occurred, dad Danny labelled it a “freak f***ing accident”. Dani then added: “Basically I fell and rolled my ankle and initially I heard a noise but I thought, ‘I think it’ll be fine’, but I came home on the weekend and iced it all, and they sent me for the MRI and it came back that there was a hairline fracture on my ankle, but it was my ligaments.”

“They said to me, the physio, if you have a grade one sprain, we can work with a grade one sprain, but one side of my ankle had a grade two sprain and the other side had a grade one.

“We went and got a second opinion, see the doctor, and I was like ‘What can we do? Physically do? Can you jab it, there’s got to be something’.”

But she admitted the Strictly bosses pulled the plug on her time, admitting they told her it wasn’t worth it. They explained she would be “in so much pain” if she was to continue.

Now, with Amber going in as one of the favourites, fans have been wondering if her call-up is fair due to her West End and dancing background.

“CHILLING PREDICTION!” — David Lammy Sparks FURY on TalkTV as claims: ‘UK’s Charlie Kirk’.k

Reform UK’s Andrea Jenkyns made a chilling prediction live on TalkTV while speaking to presenter Kevin O’Sullivan

TalkTV predicted the UK could see its own Charlie Kirk moment after the right-wing speaker was assassinated in the US. Reform UK’s Andrea Jenkyns appeared via video link on the programme to discuss David Lammy’s latest comments about Nigel Farage, alleging that the Reform leader sang Nazi songs as a teenager like the “Hitler Youth”.

Host Kevin O’Sullivan kicked off the tirade by arguing: “We know that David Lammy is a very stupid man, he doesn’t know very much. We saw him on Mastermind. But that is historical ignorance on an epic scale, and a disgraceful thing to say. The kind of rhetoric that will lead to violence. They’ve got to dial back on this, haven’t they?”

Jenkyns replied: “I don’t think it’s ignorance, I think it’s calculated, actually, Kevin. I think they’re purposely trying to put the fear of God into the public because they know they are losing votes. How dare they?

“Starmer’s saying that Nigel doesn’t believe in Britain and its future, what while Labour are wrecking it! How dare globalist Starmer, a puppet, say that about Nigel? I was in Parliament when he tried to stop Brexit, colluding to stop Brexit… he’s a globalist. If anyone believes in Britain, it’s Reform and it’s Nigel.”

She added: “These abhorrent things about Hitler Youth, being a far-far-right movement… this will cause more division on the street, as you said. Charlie Kirk, what happened in America, it doesn’t seem to have affected them, does it? They see us as somebody on the bottom of their shoe.

“I think that is the problem with Labour, they look down on people. They look down on their own voters who are flocking to Reform.” Jenkyns admitted she “does not feel safe” around the current rhetoric.

She went on: “This is regular people coming into Reform because they’re sick of the Labour government and they were sick of the Conservative government. We and Nigel are the only people who are listening!”

Lammy has since backtracked on his claims Farage “flirted with Hitler Youth”, explaining: “I wasn’t at school with Nigel Farage. I don’t know what songs he sang at school.

“I’m happy to clarify. I did say it’s for the public to make up their mind and I did also emphasise that let us play the ball, not the man.”

This weekend’s routine is ‘full-on’, the pair have revealed

Strictly star Amy Dowden has revealed that her husband Ben Jones has urged her to “be careful” as she prepares for her Week 2 dance with celebrity partner Thomas Skinner.

Amy has insisted that she’s fighting fit and ready to give it her all during Strictly 2025. However, after missing the 2023 series following her breast cancer diagnosis, and exiting the 2024 show early due to injury, Ben is worried about his wife…

Amy, 32, was on Lorraine earlier today (October 1) with partner Thomas Skinner.

An excited Lorraine Kelly welcomed the stars to the show and declared to Amy: “You’re back. Last year you had to pull out unfortunately as you weren’t very well.” “I had lots going on, yeah,” Amy confirmed.

“You weren’t quite ready, but this year, you’re back,” said Lorraine. “I am, and the routine we’ve got on Saturday, we have just put everything into it. It’s full-on,” said Amy.

She then shared: “There’s no way my body would’ve coped and done the routine we’re doing on Saturday last year actually. Lorraine, I’m doing things that I never thought I’d do on Strictly Come Dancing.”

    ‘Be careful’

Amy then shared Ben’s concerns: “Even my husband is like: ‘Please, be careful.’ But he’s so strong,” said Amy, talking about her dance partner.

“Yes, that’s the thing, you can take advantage of those arms,” said Lorraine, as Amy confirmed: “And we are, we really are.”

“She’s tiny, you could pick her up with one pinky,” the host quipped.

Thomas told Lorraine: “We done it about 150 times yesterday and honestly, when I got home, I was so tired. What I find hard is, when you demonstrate one of the moves, you make it look effortless. When I do it, I make it look like a fridge moving across the floor.”

Amy and Thomas’ Week 2 dance

The pair were then asked about their upcoming dance. On Saturday night (October 4), Amy and Thomas will dance the salsa to Dizzee Rascal hit Bonkers.

“We’re doing the salsa this weekend, to Bonkers,” said Amy. “I can make the most of his strength as you’re allowed to do lifts in the salsa and also I’m loosening up those hips Lorraine, I am. It’s quite a hard job, but he’s never moved his hips like this before.”

“This is gonna be epic,” said one fan of their upcoming dance. “This is going to be fun!” declared another.

After last weekend’s paso doble, Amy and Thomas are currently sitting in 13th place on the Strictly leaderboard. One couple will go home on Sunday night’s results show (October 5).

‘Just cruel’ declare Emmerdale fans as ITVX episode airs Robron surprise

Robron have taken a step, but is it too much?

*WARNING: This article contains Robert and Aaron spoilers for the Emmerdale episode airing on Wednesday October 1 that is already available on ITVX and YouTube, but will not air on ITV until 7.30pm tonight.

Beloved couple Aaron and Robert — affectionately dubbed Robron by fans — have been hit with yet another twist in the ITVX early release of Emmerdale. And despite it seemingly a happy one, not everyone is thrilled.

The latest episode, which will air tonight on ITV, has revealed a shocking development that has left loyal viewers furious, with many taking to social media to vent their frustration at the storyline.

Aaron wants to move on, but Robert isn’t being honest

Last week Aaron tried to kiss Robert, but Rob told him it wasn’t the right time for them to get back together. He knew that Aaron had too much trauma to process off the back of John Sugden’s reign of terror, to jump feet first into another relationship.

They agreed to just be mates and Robert said he would support Aaron every step of the way. However, we then found out what else was stopping Robert: he’s married!

On Monday (September 29) Robert was greeted by his husband from prison, Kev. It’s clear Kev was protecting Robert inside and that’s why they wed. But fans are convinced Kev is coercively controlling Robert and making Mr Sugden too scared to end things with him.

Kev told Robert he only has six months to live and Rob then told Victoria Kev has a lot of money that he will inherit once Kev dies. Robert also said he cares about Kev and he wants to support him until the end.

With Kev still inside and only granted day release on compassionate grounds, Robert continues to hide the truth from Aaron, despiute Victoria’s objections.

ITVX airs a Robert and Aaron reunion

In today’s episode, Chas relented on her stance about Robron reuniting. Aaron quickly went to see Robert to ask him to try again.

He told Robert he makes him happy and said he is ready and is already over John. Robert couldn’t resist and they got back together, but Mr S wants to keep things quiet for now.

What Aaron doesn’t know is that Robert needs to sort out his secret husband.

Despite it being what the fans have been pleading for, Aaron and Robert getting back together has only served to annoy viewers at this point.

They think it is too soon for Aaron to move on from John. They are also cross Robert is starting this off hiding secrets as that’s just a recipe for disaster. One even commented Emmerdale were being “just cruel” dangling this carrot knowing it’s going to end badly.

“Aaron clinging onto someone who made him happy once without dealing with the fact that he was betrayed, manipulated, lied to for a year by the guy he married way too quickly … in what world is this healthy? This is gonna blow up so so so badly,” sighed one.

Another reasoned: “As a plot point it’s good. As a decision for Robert and Aaron’s future? It’s a catastrophe.”

“Never thought I wouldn’t be over the moon to have them back together but this is just building up to disaster. Why is Emmerdale doing this to us? That’s just cruel,” added one more.

“I hate that Robron are together so quickly, it’s just going to be a complete disaster,” agreed a fourth.

BBC Newsnight outrage as Derbyshire fails to challenge Abbott over 'unacceptable' Farage remark: 'Imagine it was about HER!'

BBC viewers have been left up in arms following Tuesday evening’s show as Victoria Derbyshire welcomed independent MP, Diane Abbott, singer Billy Bragg, and Palantir boss Louis Mosley to the programme.

On the agenda was inevitably the Labour Party Conference in Liverpool following Sir Keir Starmer’s appearance on the main stage on Tuesday.

Throughout the conference, as well as gloating about Labour’s apparent successes, there has also been plenty of attention shone on Reform UK and its leader, Nigel Farage, given the party’s popularity in the polls.

Now, it’s independent MP Ms Abbott who’s facing backlash for her comments about Mr Farage while appearing on the BBC show.

Speaking to host Ms Derbyshire about the threat Mr Farage poses to Mr Starmer, Ms Abbott said on Tuesday night: “He’s only got five MPs, and the danger is…

Warren Buffett spends 5 hours daily on this. Elon Musk too. The rule that changed everything.Thousands swear by the learning routine of the 5-Hour Rule. I gave it a go to see what all the fuss is about.Finance & Career

“I’m all for people giving him a good kicking, Wes Streeting did that this morning, but the danger is if you give him too much free publicity, you turn him into a bigger figure than he is.

“The thing about Reform is I’m old enough to remember the SDP [Social Democratic Party]. At one point, the SDP had massive polls, all the mainstream papers stood to the head, all the stars of the era, and their polling lead collapsed.

“And you’ve got to remember, this is Nigel Farage’s third party, and I think people shouldn’t be too frightened of his polling lead, because he can be beaten.”

Ms Abbott’s comments about Mr Farage “getting a kicking” quickly sparked fury with viewers at home, as did Ms Derbyshire’s refusal to challenge her choice of language.

But the MP wasn’t done there. Mr Bragg soon chipped in to the conversation: “Starmer talked about this, the politics of grievance. Brexit ultimately was a vote of grievance.

“I think actually the more we talk about Reform, the more we put them under the microscope, the fact that they’re, you know, in the coming year, they may get some councils, more councils, they may make headway in Scotland and Wales, and we get to see how they operate on the ground, I think then we’ll be able to really start to tell a story about the country.”

Ms Abbott weighed back in to take aim at Reform UK voters: “You’re too sophisticated, Billy. The ordinary voter, they just see Reform as Nigel Farage, and they go, ‘Oh, oh, oh’, but you just said, what’s next? I’ll tell you what’s next in May. Scotland, Wales, and a lot of big cities, and then we’ll see where we are.”

Ms Derbyshire commented: “Well, I mean, there are many ones to go, of course, but they’re effectively the midterms for Labour. I mean, they’re not going to be amazing, are they?”

“That’s what I understand,” Ms Abbott replied. “Talking to Welsh colleagues and Scottish colleagues, they don’t think they’re going to be amazing.”

Nigel Farage hit back at Labour’s attacks in a speech on Tuesday

After clips of the discussion were shared on X by the Newsnight’s verified account, the show quickly found itself bombarded with complaints about both Ms Abbott’s comments and Ms Derbyshire’s failure to pick her up on it.

“Obviously, this isn’t acceptable, BBC are appalling for not challenging the use of language and then retweeting it out for even more publicity,” one X user fumed.

“So if someone indeed does take Abbott’s words literally, then the BBC needs to be prosecuted for incitement. @Ofcom needs some involvement.”

A second also weighed in to point out: “A good kicking? Imagine if that was said about her??”

    BBC Newsnight: Billy Bragg

“Terrible, imagine if someone said to give Dianne Abbott a good kicking. Not acceptable,” a third agreed.

While a fourth echoed: “Not even a thought to challenge the inappropriate language – when labour eventually go (& they will) I hope they take the partisan BBC with them.”

Elsewhere, a fifth hit out: “So, for the @BBC, violent speech against any public figure is acceptable … PROVIDED it comes from a prominent left-wing person.”

And a sixth fumed: “This is unacceptable language, and you should have challenged Dianne on it. It is time to wind down the language before we have another politically motivated tragedy (although it would seem that the BBC would be for it).” (sic)

Scarlett Moffatt reveals truth behind that ‘weight loss’ snap: ‘I feel like I’m cheating’

The former Gogglebox star has always been open about her body image issues

Scarlett Moffatt stunned fans when she appeared on the Big Brother launch night earlier this week, sparking a wave of compliments and questions about her visible weight-loss transformation.

The former Gogglebox star, 34, shared a carousel of photos on Instagram showing off her outfit for the event: a forest green sweater paired with a black mini skirt trimmed with faux fur on the sleeves and hem, finished with strappy animal print heels.

Her dark hair was styled in glossy curls, and her make-up had a soft, radiant glow. Scarlett appeared to have lost a lot of weight in the snaps. However, she’s now addressed the upload, revealing the truth behind her ‘weight loss’…

“Always been a huge fan of Big Brother,” Scarlett captioned the snaps she uploaded earlier this week. “In fact, my guilty pleasure will forever be a chicken kebab and watching reality TV! So glad I got to do a major tick off my bucket list and be at a launch night at @bbuk.”

But while fans were excited to see her at the event, many were focused on her transformation, specifically her slimmed-down figure and toned legs.

“Wow, you look fabulous! How did you drop the weight? Please share!” one follower commented. “You’ve lost sooo much weight! Looking fab!” added another. “Wowsers, you look amazing, girl.”

Others speculated about how she may have achieved her new look, with several suggesting that she might be on weight-loss medication. However, Scarlett herself has not publicly addressed the cause of her recent transformation.

“How do you think? Probs a jab. Good luck to her, she looks fab,” one person theorised. “Another one on the jabs,” another wrote.

Despite the speculation, Scarlett remained quiet on the subject… until now.

    ‘I feel like I’m cheating!’

She’s told The Mirror she hasn’t been dieting and hasn’t lost any weight.

She said: “Honestly I have not lost any weight! This is the mad thing right. Even my friends yesterday text me saying: ‘Oh my God, Scarlett, you you look amazing!’ Literally, I am the same size! I don’t know if it’s just because I’m happy, or my cortisol levels are down or I’m not as bloated or…I honestly have no idea!

“But I legit am the same! I was getting people coming up to me going: ‘Wow you’ve done so well!’ I’m the same! I’m literally the same! I’m dressing a bit different. Maybe that’s why. But I’ll take the compliment! It’s really unjust, though, I feel like I’m cheating!”

Scarlett opens up about body image

Earlier this year, the reality star posted swimsuit snaps from a family holiday in Dubai. Scarlett proudly posed in a black one-piece alongside her son Jude, whom she shares with fiancé Scott Dobinson.

“Because Dubai is one of those places where everyone posts aesthetic pictures (and good on them…),” she wrote. “But here’s a reminder that all bodies are different and sometimes pics can simply capture a wonderful memory, and that’s okay!!”

She went on to admit that the photos were ones she never would have dared to post in the past.

“But who cares about hip dips really when you’re having the best time with your son and mam?”

‘I’ve missed out because I’ve not liked what I’ve seen in the mirror’

Scarlett has had a complex and very public journey with her body image. In 2016, she made headlines after shedding over three stone and releasing a fitness DVD titled Scarlett’s SuperSlim Me Plan.

However, it was later revealed that her dramatic transformation came after attending a Swiss bootcamp where she reportedly restricted herself to just 700 calories a day and trained for six hours daily.

Following backlash, Scarlett admitted she regretted the experience and later declined to accept the £100,000 payment from the DVD.

In the years that followed, Scarlett gained weight again and returned to a size 18, a point at which she said she felt more comfortable and confident. She even earned praise for posting a bikini photo after five years of not feeling brave enough to wear one in public.

“This shouldn’t be a big deal, but it is,” she wrote at the time. “It’s took me so many years to gain confidence with my body. I’ve let it down at times and missed out on holidays and nights out because I’ve not liked what I’ve seen in the mirror.”
