Speaking on the latest episode of At Home With The Thomas Bro’s podcast, Scott said he was surprised when he was issued with a parking ticket while away in Ibiza, while his car was back in the UK.
This prompted him to point the finger at his brother Adam, who had borrowed his car while he was on holiday.
Scott told listeners: “I got a parking fine, the date was the 16/08/2025, I’m in Ibiza, therefore I wasn’t driving my car, someone else way,” to which Adam replied: “I know where this is going.”
The former Love Islander continued: “So Adam, rant of the week is you got a ticket in my car and you will be paying it.”
This lead Adam to speak about his own issues with the law.
He said: “Bailiffs turned up to our house not long ago and tried to tow my car away because I had 10 unpaid parking tickets.”
Adam quipped: “So I don’t think this is going to get paid to be honest with you, I can’t even pay my own parking tickets” as he chucked the letter behind him.
He continued: “Luckily they couldn’t get into my house because of the gates.”
Coronation Street star Ryan said: “Imagine his car gets towed, it’s all your fault.”
Adam admitted: “I’m so bad at paying parking tickets.”
Emmerdale star set for huge jungle return as he is lined up for I’m A Celebrity All Stars after narrowly losing in final
Scott said he’d leave Adam’s wife Caroline to sort it out, fearing his brother would ignore it like the rest of his fines.
It comes after it was revealed that Adam is set for another stint on I’m A Celebrity, this time on All Stars.
The busy star has signed up the spin-off show just a year after he did Strictly Come Dancing.
The soap star hopes to take gold after coming third to Scarlett Moffatt and Joel Dommett in 2016.
It comes as his hot sauce firm goes through a sticky time and is tens of thousands of pounds in debt.
The ITV show usually brings with it a huge paycheck.
In August, we also revealed that Adam had walked away from a £100,000 tax bill following the collapse of his once popular eatery.
His restaurant went belly-up with total debts of £300,000, with a third of that owed to the tax office.
Adam’s business The Spinn closed in 2022 after three years of trading.
However, it further revealed that an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collapse is now being looked at by government officials.
Emmerdale and Waterloo Road favourite Adam – who rakes in around £200,000 a year from his telly work – set up the business with pal Scott Graham.
He later resigned as a director but his dealings still form part of the probe by the liquidators.
Adam said at the time the business failed: “Unfortunately we have decided to close The Spinn.
“We did what we had to do with The Spinn and we learnt so much building our first venture and more importantly we had an absolute blast.”
Soon after Adam and family proudly moved into a swanky new house.
Adam penned an emotional message to fans, thanking them for their support during their journey buying a house.
He said: “This year has been the craziest year of my life and am very aware of how lucky I am, and I know my lucks going to run out soon… but until it does, I’m going to enjoy every minute of it.”
It comes after Adam’s ITV game show 99 To Beat with brother Ryan was axed after just one series.
