Former Strictly Come Dancing winner Kelvin Fletcher has made a huge career announcement – much to the delight of his fans. Having moved to the stunning Peak District in 2021 after buying a 120-acre farm, Kelvin has given fans a peek inside his new lifestyle as part of the ITV show Fletchers’ Family Farm.
And now, in news that is sure to please TV viewers, the show has officially been recommissioned for a second series, meaning that they can expect to see plenty more heart-warming moments from Kelvin, 40, his wife Liz and their four children, Marnie, Milo, and twins, Mateusz and Maximus at their farm on the Staffordshire-Cheshire-Derbyshire border.
With Kelvin swapping his time on the Emmerdale film set for the picturesque farm, the new series will follow the family as they welcome a herd of pregnant cows to their farm. As well as this, it will show the Fletchers as they navigate lambing season – something which can be an incredibly intense period for farmers.
The upcoming series will span over 10 episodes, with each expected to be one-hour long, reports OK!
“Life on the farm is busier than ever, with new livestock, an increasingly challenging market, and four young children in tow,” explained Ben Harris, the Executive Producer at Daisybeck Studios. “Kelvin and Liz truly have their work cut out for them, and we’ll be there to capture every moment as they face each challenge head-on.”
