HEARTBREAKING: Today’s Dylan Dreyer lists her $5 million family home after marriage SPLIT

Less than two weeks after announcing her split from her husband, TV star Dylan Dreyer has put her family home up for sale.

The Today Show host shared on social media on July 18 that she and her husband Brian Fichera had decided to part ways after 13 years, and it seems they’re now looking to sell up and find new properties to live in.

Dylan, who seemingly dropped a major hint at marriage trouble years before the split, has listed their New York home on the real estate market for $5 million. The property, which boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms and has been home for the family of five, including their three sons. The stunning Manhattan condo property is just one of the couple’s real estate assets, listed for sale. Built in 2008, the home spans 1,491 square feet, and has floor to ceiling windows with views over Battery Park.

The property’s interiors are noteworthy too, with a generous living area with sophisticated oak flooring, a sleek chef’s kitchen outfitted with gray minimalist cabinetry, high-end appliances, and marble countertops, and a dining room that accommodates ten guests.

The online listing reads, “Spectacular amenities include full time doorman, porters, a sky-lit indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, state of the art fitness center, children’s playroom and a 7,000 square foot landscaped rooftop with two built-in commercial barbecue grills, a wet bar and cabanas with retractable awnings.”

The online advert also describes the bedrooms as being “generously proportioned” and the “oversized” primary suite boasts a “five-fixture bathroom complete with Crema Luna limestone floors and tops, Waterworks fixtures and teak cabinetry.”

Last week Dylan made the news of her separation public. In an Instagram post, she shared, “For many years I have shared my family with you all – the highs and lows. The ups and downs.

“And all of the blessings and beautiful memories in between. I am incredibly grateful for the support and love you’ve given me through it all. For that reason, I want to share with you that a few months ago, Brian and I made the decision to separate.

“We began as friends and we will remain the closest of friends. Most importantly, we will continue to coparent our three wonderful boys together with nothing but love and respect for one another.”

The couple tied the knot in October 2012 and are parents to three children: Calvin, 8, Oliver, 5, and Russell, 3. The split revelation follows Dylan being seen without her ring throughout recent weeks.

Previously, she’s been upfront about her relationship challenges, acknowledging the difficulties they face. Speaking to the Today website, she revealed, “Our schedules mean we don’t see each other much, but we text all the time. Sometimes it’s even easier to have an important or deep conversation via text because we get all our thoughts out without being interrupted.”
